I like Creator Expert the most right now by far. All the modular buildings, the large-scale cars, the Botanical Collection, the Titanic... seems like the theme never really misses.
I'm a big fan of LEGO ideas and star wars (specifically the ships - they just look so good on shelves) - but ive been thinking about getting into the creator expert modular buildings as well, I imagine lots of them lined up would look pretty sweet.
My favourite theme would be Creator 3-in-1, closely followed by creator expert. Even though I currently mainly collect creator expert, I used to have a lot more 3-in-1 sets. Those sets really taught me that I can build anything I want out of lego and inspired me to take sets apart and try to create my own designs. I might like Creator expert products more, but Creator 3-in-1 gave me something of more value than a good building: Creativity.
Just bought this before it retires, it reminds me of some streets in my city of Melbourne. Really impressed with the quality and production of your videos, you’re going to make it big.

Me personally I loved to build star wats and marvel Lego ships but have moved to Modular building and medieval/castle themes like the medieval blacksmith and the 3in1 medieval castle
My favorite theme has always been Harry Potter but I got into the modulars after getting the Ninjago City Gardens and the Assembly Square sets. I meant to get this Bookshop modular next but found the Police Station 40% off so had to get that one next. 😅 The Bookshop is definitely my next purchase and after that either Boutique Hotel or the Haunted House which I'm planning on editing a little to fit it with the modulars. 😊 P.S. You have a very professional approach and style in your videos right from the start even though you're only getting started as a TH-camr based on your number of subscribers. Very good job!

Honestly my favorites are ideas and Harry Potter! Harry Potter just because I love the property, but Ideas is so diverse and brings so many unique themes and builds for legos!

So I got my mother into wanting to build a city of her own and I took her to the Lego store tonight and this is the set she ended up getting as her first. She also got the two Easter sets which we expected but then they gave her the taxi promo that comes with the new modular as well which was a complete surprise
I have every modular from the downtown diner and am waiting for the brick bank which I paid way too much for. The modular buildings are the only lego sets I collect with a bunch of city minifigures!

I really like this set but in between my other Modular’s I haven’t found a place for the townhouse. I mean it’s nice but it doesn’t match other Modular’s and I’ve stole the tiles off it anyways for a moc I’m making. So I’d say it’s a cute build but it’s only really meant for other townhouses.

Thank you! Bookshop should be retiring this year so if you definitely want to collect that one, get the bookshop. However, the police station is a better set imo, so that would be better bang for your buck!

I don't doubt what Our Lady promises, but I've had other devotions that carry specific sacramentals and haven't been able to maintain them. I guess I figure this might go the same way. No harm in trying, Kevin! Give it a shot! Eventually you stop even feeling you’re wearing it, so that’s not so hard. The biggest challenge is remembering the daily rosary but when I forget, I just get back up and try again! Some of the benefits of sacramentals are that they remind/inspire us to strive for perfection when we mess up or are thinking of messing up lol

This is one of my favourite mod buildings but I think the hotel is beautiful so it takes first place for me.

Luckily, the set didn't retire end of 2022. I was able to pick it, but it will now retire end of 2023.
