I was confused at first too. I had to read some timelines and the linked manga episode. The events in this video are before the invasion of the sky people in APHO in HI3 so naturally Welt is still there. In the HI3 manga, there is an alien invasion. Welt boards an invading alien ship to launch a counterattack. While on board the ship Welt gains knowledge of the existence of the Honkai Star Rail universe. I heard that Kevin was supposed to be playable but Hoyo got attacked by the crazy h0rny Chinese (not all Chinese) people and they had to cancell and also apologized to these creeps
Bro you're probably the 1% of player that want male playable characters.... The last time I suggested freebie male unit, majority of the discord come together and chastise me saying they'll sooner quit than having a male unit 😅
Not even worth mentioning it because 1.) It won't happen 2.) No male characters are playable (aside from the MC in APHO) 3.) Community will descend on you with their wrath. 4.) Just play HSR lol

Man to be honest honkai impact 3rd really needs more male characters and playable ones but I guess that we will still dream on it
