It works fine on decent inclines. It can move that B100 with full fuel. We did notice the small pieces of rebar that hold the removable angle iron in place can gouge the nose tire. So we’re going to cut them back and grind off at an angle to prevent that from happening. And it has so much torque you have to be pretty gentle with it.
Bought my electric pallet jack yesterday for $200(needs batteries). Bought 4 batteries at Sam’s Club yesterday for $90 each. Welding on angle iron today. Can’t wait to try it on my Cessna 340. Better than the $4500 companies are asking for one! Thanks so much for this video!
Will do. I thought I could just weld the Angle Iron on top. But it’s too wide that high up. So going to weld those pieces inside like you did. I’ll post pics when it’s done.
Hey guys, this is fantastic. Quick question, what was the tonnage of the electric pallet truck in this video? We operate B200's and C90's and wondering if a 1.5 Tonne machine will have required strength in regards to rolling strength. Thank you ahead :)
This one was bigger than that. I don't think a 1.5 ton will do. I think you need a 4000 to 5000 lb pallet jack for the 200. We spent a lot of time making this one longer to fit under a piper Meridian. I wouldn't lengthen it at all for a King Air.

Please post some pics or video. I'm sure your version 2 will have some improvements.

This is a neat solution. However you may find those roller will disintegrate under repeated stress. You have a nice clean ramp.
I don't remember the model, but it was one of the bigger lift capacities, like 5000lbs.
brilliant idea!!!!
