Do you know if all boutiques have the bag spa service? I went to the store in Manhasset and they would not spa my bag said I would have to bring it to the NYC STORE

Not all boutiques have the service, I was also told to bring it to NYC Madison when I lived int CT because only certain stores are big enough (have enough space) or have enough traffic to hire a leather worker on site. Hope you’re able to bring it in sometime!

I have only met only a few times that I am allowed to go into a H boutique without being assigned an SA. These few times were in European cities when the boutique is full and no SA available. I felt so happy that I have time to browse! Otherwise is being tagged with an SA all the time and it felt like that I have to get down to business immediately.
