Loved the video and it does inspire me to practice! Please do more, how about a look behind the scene of a gig. Or a festival, you are a super interesting person and your juggling is on fire!
Thanks for the kind comment! That’s a great idea. I have a few other ideas I’m thinking about too. I’ll probably film a gig thing soon with some commentary.
Yes! Please! More!!! As a juggling teacher, I'd love to hear your thoughts over practice videos about when you were younger working on tricks/skills/control. Things such as: Were you always planning to reach this level of skill? Days you thought you wouldn't break through a plateau? I'd love to share these videos with my students or share stories with classes about jugglers when they were younger and building their skill level. :)
Great Video I really enjoyed it I’d appreciate rough time stamps like “intro”, “balls”, “rings” and “clubs” for those specially interested in one of those
Love thoose Training vlogs! I was just curious, I realized your mental goal for 6 clubs was 60 catches compared to 100+ for 7 clubs, is that just because you want to focus more on 7, find 6 more difficult, enjoy 6 less or was it just a thing for this practice session and sometimes you go for 100+ with 6 clubs aswell?
I choose the number 60 for a few reasons. One, it’s easy to count to as I count the last throw of each flash 10 times so it’s an easy count that is easy to remember. Two, the 6 club fountain pattern has been a slow work in progress in comparison to the 7 club cascade. So yes for me it is harder so I am having to be consistent with a shorter run to keep building towards the 100 catch mark and beyond.
This was definitely inspirational. You make it look easy. Amazing how relaxed you are while practicing these patterns. How many years have you been juggling? How much time do you average practicing per day?
Thank you for sharing! It was very cool to see a lot of the tricks you go through in practice. I'm curious, have you tried 756 inside 6s with clubs? I'm thinking it might make you really good at avoiding collisions and help get your 6 club fountain super solid. I know you mentioned that in your 8 ball video.
Thanks for the video! My question is: why do you use beanbag, and not Russian balls, for example, "Norwik"? They are also quite effective for sports juggling.
Absolutely! I used to use russians for a while when I was younger. I just always enjoyed how confortable beanbags are and also with russians, from my experience, have been at times slippery with sweaty hands (especially when griping 4+ in one hand). Also beanbags fit easier in the hands for 8 and 9. Either way, russians can be great for a lot of people and am not completely opposed. I just prefer beanbags.
I use the bags that Chris Jost makes with his company Alchemy Juggling. I highly recommend them because you can fit so many clubs in the bag as well as all the props comfortably. Also, it was great meeting you at Mondo!
Wow ! 👏 How did you get such consistency? You almost don't drop! I can juggle 5 balls, but I can't juggle 3 balls simple tricks without dropping at least once in 5 minute. How and how long to train such stability?
I will say. I did edit out most of the drops. I do drop a lot as well during my practice by trying all these tricks. A lot of these sequences are just repetition that made them consistent while others are tricks that took a few tricks to manage.
Definitely want you to do more videos like this! I learned you’re uhhhh…. Not human. It takes 7 club backcrosses to get you to drop! Were you born juggling 5 balls out of the womb? Yeah, more, MORE!
Haha 😂 just so you know… I dropped a lot throughout the was cut out. I just wanted to show that the 7 club bxxs took longer than you think and it took a decent amount of time to get. Glad you enjoyed it though!
@@spencethejuggler I learned to juggle in the height of Gatto and Garfield and it’s just cool to see someone carrying the torch for those guys! Your name will definitely go down as one of the greatest jugglers who has ever lived. I was at Game of Throws last weekend and saw you practicing and performing and it’s almost unbelievable to see juggling like yours. PS. You should’ve won the Battle Night! 🤣
This content is awesome. Great job Spencer!
Those 6 ball siteswaps are a beauty
You’re practice is just ridiculously consistent….geez.

Thanks so much Benjamin! This gives me a lot of ideas for future videos. I'll definitely try to find a video idea to answer these questions at length.
Awesome Spencer!!
You made me practise today, great job🎉
I love this style video! Also my favorite is the 6 ring stuff…. And the 7 ring stuff. Bravo man!!!
28:27 We will definitely take it

Killer as always
This is such an inspiring video! Can't wait for more!
Are you planning to come to the EJC this year?
Thanks! I unfortunately won't be at EJC this year. Hopefully next year. 🤞🏼

I saw your juggling at the WJF event in Paris and it's incredible! So impressive. Can i ask what is your preferred brand/model of juggling clubs?
Thanks so much! Currently I use the Ex1 Quantum model clubs by Play Juggling.
I love this "slightly edited" video style. Great video, especially the commenting in video &audio. But how about calling this "directors cut"? :D
What are you typically listening too while you are practicing?
I listen to a lot of hip hop, pop, rap, some modern rock. It’s kind of broad in terms of genres.
7 club back crosses 🤣🤣🤣

Hi Spencer, I was wondering what backpack you use to carry your jugging equipment. My brother wants to know. (We met at Mondo)
I use the bags that Chris Jost makes with his company Alchemy Juggling. I highly recommend them because you can fit so many clubs in the bag as well as all the props comfortably. Also, it was great meeting you at Mondo!
OK thanks, he has been looking for a bag.@@spencethejuggler

What shoes are u wearing
Can you do a head bounce while juggling?
A little bit not very well
Is that CHS?
When you practice do you use bean bags or Russian balls?
I use beanbags, specifically Jugglequip Infinities.
@@spencethejuggler Don't you think Russian balls are more accurate than beanbags?
What balls do you use to practice with?
I use infinities by Jugglequip.
