*IMPORTANT UPDATE* Hello friends, I have reglued this centerpiece together with E6000 glue instead of hot glue. E6000 is an industrial streghth glue and I use it a lot in my diy tutorials now. I buy mine from Micheal's. 🌸😊🌸
Hi this super cute but have tried putting water in the bowl cuase I think it'll look more mermaidy and cuter and since you didn't glue the bowls you can easily take the water out if you wanted too but I love this one as well keep up the good work!💙💙💙
Thank you so much! And that is a great idea 😃 thank you for sharing... I'll see if I can post a TH-cam short showing what the piece looks like with water in the fish bowls 👍.
Hello! The mermaids were a gift from my mom, I believe she bought them at a flea/farmers market... But I've seen similar figurines on amazon too. Hope that helps! ❄😊❄
That is so cool! Everytime you glued something I thought it was going to go the other way. Me without instructions 😓 Christmas lights would look cute inside too♥
VonDa in Wonderland. Haha you would definately need to display this in a safe and sturdy space. And little lights would definitely look magical inside! Thank you for the tip 😁👍
The mermaids were a gift from my mom so I'm not 100% sure sure where she got them. But if you google mermaid figurines a whole bunch of online shops pop up that sell similar one. Hope that helps 😊
This is so great!!! I love the Ariel print you have in your bathroom and I loved this idea...might consider for the future though with a 3 yr old I have to worry about glass in my house; I wonder if I could get a plastic bowl version instead that would look as nice. My local Dollar Tree sells those seashells too so I might give this a try in the near future. Thanks Ody for posting!!
Hello! 👋 😁 yes you can totally use clear plastic bowls, and thrifts stores might be a good place to look for those too. Thank you for watching my video 😊 glad you liked it.
I have reglued mine with E6000 glue and it has been sitting in my bathroom for a year now, no problems... But of course if you don't have a safe place to display this then I would suggest skipping this diy. Thank you for watching 🌺😊🌺
