I'm sure you'll enjoy your Ateez journey :) Most of their lyrics, especially title tracks, can be interpreted on two (at least) levels, real life and lore/in-universe, and the whole Movement album and Halazia are leaning much farther into the in-universe direction. You've seen Guerrilla so you know that Ateez are now in the dystopian dimension where they're starting a revolution. Halazia is an external POV, the lyrics are about someone who lives there, whose emotions and identity are being taken away, at some point their own Ateez, Halateez, were captured, maybe presumed dead, so that person calls for help which eventually arrives in the form of our Ateez who take Halateez's place. The upcoming cb (in 11 days, yay!) will continue the story, the trailer for Outlaw picks up after the ending scene in Guerrilla. I've made a list of vids that are the most vital for catching up with the story which has notes explaining the plot, I could give it to you, can be without the notes if you don't want spoilers.
u should def react to wanteez its their variety show and its really entertaining. i absolutely love the idea of stays opening their hearts to ateez getting to know more about them. like whats stopping us both fandoms to be like the darlingz (changbin & wooyoung also yeonjun ) friendship 🥺
You should start from the beginning and also watch Fever diary film, the teasers from the world ep 1 and spin off the witness prologue and epilogue to understand better the what is the lyrics about. basic notes: There are 2 dimensions one is A and the other Z. World A is were Ateez came from. World Z is were Halateez(ateez alter egos) are from. In world Z the people are under the government control and are ban from art, music and dance. World A is the "normal" world that we live in. Ateez became time travel pirates after they Meet halateez and they give them the cromer (hourglass device that makes them time travel) they go in and out of their future, present and past (time traveling) Halateez came to ateez so ateez can save the people from World Z government oppression. Ateez sometimes includes Atiny(fans) in their storyline using QR codes, morse codes and many more~ They have comeback this June 16 so I suggest you catching up as much as u can 🥹

Congratulations on posting your first ever video! Loved this reaction! Regarding the meaning of the lyrics in this song, I will make it as simple as possible. The lyrics are tied to their lore but could also apply to our real world. Essentially it is addressing how society or the powers that be, tell us that it's not okay to express our emotions. We are told to hold those things in and to conform so as not to make waves. But when we do that, we often end up suppressing who we truly are and becoming cold and numb on the inside to the point of falling into despair. The song is a prayer. It's expressing a longing to break free from that coldness so that you can feel and express real, raw emotions again (i.e. hope, fear, love, etc). It's encouraging people to reach beyond their fear so that they can bloom beyond the suffocating numbness. It's a pretty spectacular and relevant message given the current world we live in. This is something that I really like about Ateez's music. They have a lot of fun, feel good music but they also have a lot of music with great messaging that is really encouraging and comforting. Plus they have a LOT of bops to choose from! Their songs are incredibly diverse so they're not afraid to try different things and sounds. Honey all I can say is you’ve been missing out I don’t even try to pick out a bias because they’re all gorgeous so just make the whole group your bias from the first time that I saw and heard them before they debuted, I was hooked I fell in love with all of them the dancing the singing, the stage performance, the facial expressions I can’t get enough of them. They just hit different. Hope you enjoy them and hoping they become your favorite and you become an Atiny enjoy

You'll find that Atiny and Stay are actually fairly close, and alot of one fanbase tends to overlap into the other because of Kingdom and the friendships between the two groups. Wahh another Staytiny... As a OG Stay ( since march 2023) and OG Atiny (Since late march 2023) I've listened to every single song on all the albums and my favourite song is Horizon by Ateez and Levanter by Skz.
i recommend the group kingdom !! they have the coolest concept/mvs/choreo ,,, theyre a small group under a small company , but they are so good and so talented !! their song night air is my most listened to song of all time on spotify lmao
This song is sort of like a prayer hymn to me. The song begins with them chanting Yahwe, Yahwe, Yahwe, and Yahwe means god, and then you have the organ and church bells, plus halazia sounds a bit like halleluja. I don't think this is meant to be seen as a religious song, but the song is definately inspired by religion (christian/roman catholic)
Check out their performance video there’s three of them then yunho has his own and check out performer of the month with wooyoung because I saw the video of pirate, King, where you said, you didn’t see all of them dancing in the performance video you’ll see all and dancing and they dance perfect all of them are very good dancers in stage performers because when they first debuted, jongho, Was Just, going to be the singer while everyone else was dancers, but then they realize all of them were so talented at singing to that they just had a perfect group I mean, how can I not so good just four months after them debuting they were already going on a world tour for concert just for months after debuting that’s crazy.
