- Rarely-seen footage, this is the second day of O.J. Simpson's five-day deposition in the civil lawsuit brought against him by the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.
This is the first time Simpson has answered questions under oath about his activities just before, during and after the murders.
Note: O.J. Simpson was deposed for the originally scheduled five days between Jan 22-Jan 26, 1996. One month later he was recalled & deposed for 4 more days (Feb 22-23 & Feb 26-27, 1996). In total, O.J. Simpson's deposition took 9 days.

I agree. Thank you for putting these up and please never delete them. This was truly the trial of the century. To go from making us laugh in Naked Gun to decapitating a woman and her friend was shocking. He was bery popular. Everyone loved OJ. Nobody was out to get him.

He remembers tiny details from 2 years ago about everyday normal life but cant remembef the huge details
One of this story’s morals, don’t murder people and think you’ll spend the rest of your life without some sort of accountability related to those murders.

It's all he had to think about over and over in his head. He's lying to make up for the timeline and comparing limo driver parks version on which bags were outside and when. He left door open but oj said he closed it. No one could touch that little bag. Petrocelli is tripping him up. Oj has to make the tineline fit. He just came back from the murders.

This really does seem like he’s taking all this an inconvenience and losing patience, it’s hilarious watching him squirm
I think one of the things that annoys him the most is that the plaintiff is Fred Goldman. Assuming he did it, he only wanted to kill Nicole, Ron just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. So OJ feels like he's going through all this for something that he didn't even plan to happen.

@@matthewthomas2546 the problem is everyone assumed Nicole was the target. They never considered Ron as anything but collateral damage. Ron was the key to the case. His timeline had him getting there after 1030. No way OJ had time to kill them

@@garethwilby4033 that is relevant...as guilty as OJ clearly was, you cannot hide from the fact that the police officer who found the main evidence was recorded saying he beat up black people and framed them for crimes they did not commit. He also had a history of attending OJs house. That cannot be overlooked in this case. Unfortunately, OJ got very lucky that mark furhman found the evidence

Its to establish that his memory is working good and that he is in good mental condition.
Also they get to analyze how his behaiviour changes when they talk about subjects he likes.
They get to see when he tells the truth about golf and then truth about the case. You can see his behavour changes rapidly.
They can use all this for examination on him and his sanity/memory.
Theres more here than meets the eye.

Was OJ any good at golf?
I looked at a video of his swing and I would guess he’s a 10-14 handicap. He’s not particularly good but he’s about as good as one who hadn’t started playing until he was 40 years old could hope be with lessons and practice. He’s much better than Charles Barkley is but he’s not nearly as good as Tom Brady.
He vowed to spent the rest of his life searching for the real killers. I thought that’s what he was doing at the golf course every day, no??
