Perfect villain for Oliver. Reason I think he's one of the best villains in the show was cause he's been following and watching Oliver Queen after 5 years at the time so he could have been there watching Oliver and Ras fight on the bridge or even when Oliver was fighting Slade so to me he's always been there in the background

Barry's mother was an innocent woman Thawne killed out of spite that he couldn't kill kid Barry. Chase's dad Justin Claybourne was a corrupt businessman who infected people with a strain of tuberculosis just to make money from having the only cure then pushed the price for the cure to where they couldn't pay. And Chase was an evil psychopath even before Oliver killed his dad to the point where Claybourne was going to disown him. He didn't become one because Oliver killed his dad and would have been one even if he hadn't. Prometheus wanted to destroy Oliver's life for kicks and only used Oliver killing his dad as an excuse. He didn't really want to avenge him.

Just another reason why I adore Season 5. Prometheus is a masterpiece of a character.
