Viacheslav Podmurnyi i send it in service and they repair it and i paid for it 275 euro. I'm in Germany so the price can be different. They needed to change a part from it. P. S:Mine was out of warranty that's why i paid that much.
If you didn't do anything - - - - - - - - - Before you turn on your car and the device Format sd card to Fat32 - sd card, not usb !!! 1. Download the software update package „ ZE-NC3811D__FEU_Update_V0403.exe”. www.zenec.com/support/software-updates/ze-nc3811d/?lang=en 2. The software update is a self-unpacking executable. After the download has completed, chose “Execute” and select the sd card as target for the uncompressed files. Start to decompress the file with “Extract”. 3. You obtain a folder „C9D_SW_Update“ appearing in the root directory of the sd card 4. Get into your car, and start the car, BUT turn off your Zenec, then insert sd card into yuor Zenec, and don't turn off your car till Zenec don't finish the update (about 5 minutes) 5. Start your Zenec 6. Tap the UPDATE and wait to finish 7. Turn off the device and remove the sd card 8. Start the Zenec again “Load Factory” is mandatory for the changes to take place. Tap on “MISC/ Help/ Load Factory/ OK
Gicu Sandu I sent it to the importer in Finland and they tried to hard reset the system but they didn't succeed. So they sent it to Switzerland and there they found the problem. They changed the module and updated whole system before sending it back to me.
Kann mir eventuell auch das Foto zeigen damit ich weiss um was für Modul es sich handelt?

Juuso Salo I have solved the problem, in the Czech Republic, there I sent the navigation, I was changed a module that cost 205 euro
got the same problem :-(
