Hotel Wali Mix Sabzi ki Recipe ||مکس سبزی ریسیپی||Mix Vegetable Recipe by Tahir Mehmood

please note 1 kg recipe for home cooking.
oil.......1cup
onion.....2 medium size
Ginger+Garlic Paste..1 tbl spn full
tomato paste/or slice ....3 medium size
red chilli powder....1 tbl spn
tumeric powder....1 tea spn
salt to taste.....?
coriander crushed...1 tea spn
cumin seed crushed....1 tea spn
Garam masala powder.1 tea spn
then your all spices fry or brown well add 1 kg mix vegetable
(cauliflower under 1kg. carrot.250g.potato 2 medium size or 250 gram. peas 250 gram with skin(chilka)
it all vegetable in raw fam. after cleaning all vegetable under 1 kg cook to 20/25 on medium flame and add some of water if you need then your vegetable well tender and add some fresh/green coriander leaves and green chilli for garnish.
Serve and enjoy your lovely family And remember us in your prayers too.
