I'm sure that Lock would do it, but they'd doubtless charge a silly amount of money. It is an issue, as Olney, the main manufacturer (who, rumour had it, actually made's Lock's boaters) went bust during lockdown. Perhaps the best solution is to befriend a seamstress who can copy the size, shape and bow on your existing one.
