I've actually read a Hermione/Krum fanfiction novel in which Hermione becomes a medical apprentice to the head medical witch of the Bulgarian National team during the summer before the 4th book. In that one the Bulgarian team is preparing, training and playing world cup matches. Some nice quidditch scenes in that, very nice team dynamics from the Bulgarian team, and a very realistic Hermione/Viktor relationship.

Some times I wish they had included a seeker race between Krum and Harry. Sure it would be totally an off point to the story but seeing who was actually better in a competition like that would be amazing to watch.
And it was immediately following this scene that I realized Mike Newell had desecrated the source material and I’d be seething under my breath for the next two hours
It should've been Alfonso Cuaron (directed Azkaban). I loved Newell's style, but he really cut out some great material. Goblet of Fire easily could've been another 10min longer, and I guarantee you no one would've complained at all. However, is it actually on the director for the content included in the films? Or is that a writer problem?
I would've loved to see Harry and Krum competing with their teams in a Quidditch match. Even though he was still a fairly young Seeker, I still think he could've given Krum a run for his money. Especially with his Firebolt.

Keyboard Warrior you’ll bring an anti-magic arua about you now shush
Keyboard Warrior *gasp*
I find it interesting that my favorite Harry Potter scenes all coincide with beautiful pieces of music and inculde some type of fyling. Buckbeak's Flight, The Qudditch World Cup, Flight of the Order of the Phoenix.
I always love to see Harry's face when he hears that Krum is the best seeker in the world 😂😂
that krum guy was literally highlighted in this movie
I honestly would've loved to see this movie with Cuaron directing it.
Or Columbus
My favorite Harry Potter movie!! So intense, always on the edge of ur seat and it had a freakin' DRAGON FIGHT.
Imagine if they used this clip as a teaser for the movie theatrical release, and people going to the movie to watch the Quidditch match. People would be furious about the scene following this one
I don't understand why they didn't show the match. It would've been a simple 5min extra, at the most? Maybe to save on budget?
One of the happier parts of the series before it went dark and scary for the rest of it.
HARRY POTTER, YOU ARE THE BEST SEEKER IN OUR EYES!!!
One time I watching this rerun on TV and my mother passed by asking "Why is the bat boy in Harry Potter?" and I just died laughing
Imagine Harry being a quidditch player instead of an auror and fight against Krum. It would be like Cr7 vs Messi with broomsticks.
Well you can say the Triwizard tournament was his chance to square off against Krum and Harry was his equal.
Ginny Weasley once played on the Holyhead Harpies.
I just wanted to see the Wronski's feint and the Irish seeker hitting the ground, as well as the Irish chasers, who were awesome.
Look at Harry Potter's face at 0:49 when one of the twins said Krum is the best
🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
He's the best seeker in the world!
Harry: whatcha playing at there?
*all around me are familiar faces*
RIP to the actor who provided the character role of Cornelius Fudge
This scene send shivers down my spine for some reason !
0:18 I think industrial light and magic did work for the 422nd quidditch world cup and battle between Irish quidditch players and Bulgarian quidditch players at final Tournament. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔👋👋👋👏👏👏👏👏😀😀😆😆😆😆😆👍👍👍👍👍👍👨👨👨👩👩👩
I‘d watch an entire movie based on this game. The stadion is huge, I love it😍 why can‘t this be real?
Happy birthday Fred and George ❤️
I like how this shows harry the difference to his quidditch skills
Some times I wish they had included a seeker race between Krum and Harry. Sure it would be totally an off point to the story but seeing who was actually better in a competition like that would be amazing to watch.
"That's the best seeker in the world."
Harry: "I am a joke for you?"
Hermione Granger: who's that?
George weasley: thats the best seeker in the world
Harry Potter: am i a joke to you?
It's Ginny who said "who's that"
When you realize us real world muggles can now make Harry Potter fireworks with the green hat and coat wearing dancing figure a reality with drones.
Harry:😃😃😃
Ginny:Who's that
Harry:🤪🤪🤪
Fred/George: That sis...
Harry:😍😍😍
Fred/George:...Is the best seeker in the world
Harry:😑😑😑
I really like how Harry's wearing a big red hat
And it was immediately following this scene that I realized Mike Newell had desecrated the source material and I’d be seething under my breath for the next two hours
It should've been Alfonso Cuaron (directed Azkaban). I loved Newell's style, but he really cut out some great material. Goblet of Fire easily could've been another 10min longer, and I guarantee you no one would've complained at all.
However, is it actually on the director for the content included in the films? Or is that a writer problem?
having a song dance scene for the school entrances were more important
@@ComedyBros5 Or Columbus
Oh how I wish they would've done the entire scene as it was in the book- it was so cool!
True! 😊
I would've loved to see Harry and Krum competing with their teams in a Quidditch match. Even though he was still a fairly young Seeker, I still think he could've given Krum a run for his money. Especially with his Firebolt.
1) in the book, everyone was supportingIreland. 2) my mothers maiden name was Moran. I take great pride in being a descendent of a national Quidditch champion😋
Imagine how crazy, fast and difficult to catch a snitch ball in a final game. I mean, it's a ball of final game, right?
It's the first time when Harry is not in the Dursleys' house in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" (2005)
Read the book. You find how Mr. Weasley basically blew up the Dursleys living room when he found out the their fireplace was an electrical fireplace and not a wood burning fireplace. And when they were leaving. Fred and George gave Dudley some of their magical candy.
Yeah thid is the movie whdn things start to get more dark, fun, interesting, romantic, and scarier. Thats why i love all the mkvies anc books that are from the fourth movie to the deathly hallows part 2.
Sorry this is what i meant to say i love all the movies and books that are between the goblet of fire and deathly hallows part 1
This scene had such a badass build up and it's such a shame we didn't actually get to see it. But on a different note, I don't really rate the new Fantastic Beast movies but that poster at the end of this video is EPIC!!!
