    OK. That makes sense. However in this video he’s working on posterior depression and it did not occur to me that he’s doing eccentric work for anterior elevation

    on minute 3:35 You said that : " if I want to work him eccentrically..." and you bring the scapula up and it seems that you are resisting on going down, then would not that be that you are working him concentrically ? as his muscles are not elongating when working? for example, for bices eccentic work would be to resist down on the supinated forearm (biceps ingaged) while extending at the elbow?
