Old Start Cold Start. 1974 JD300 had been sitting for about a month, it would have been quicker to start if the one way fuel valve hadn't slipped off the hose.

Ahh the 300 many a days on that same sled having fun when I was younger my uncle let me and only me rip it when ever I wanted I miss both of them

I let my pa know you said that, I think it made his week! I'm trying to keep the barn as clean as he always has since the 1970s. You've got a god eye for an old barn, it was built around 1840.

Well your welcome! There are a ton of local farms with a bunch of these falling in. The good ones are usually full of "junk" (usually old cars and tractors the owners will never sell) Its a shame to see them rotting away every day

I love the sled and the barn and your suit. Excellent video. John Deere made very good sleds that were so underappreciated by sledders of the time. Now their reputation is starting to take hold. I just finished building a 76 liquidator clone and I have a couple videos posted of it check them out if you get a chance
