The book is actually really good. It's funny, but also extremely heartbreaking at points. They touch on all sorts of experiences, but also get really deep. They also get into mental health and addiction and I must admit that when they were talking about Dougie's story it made me sob. There were a lot of things in the book that even us fans, who have been with them from the beginning, didn't even know.
Just as a bit of context/added info Dougie has an adiction to both drugs and alcohol, he went to rehab for drink and coke back in 2011 and then went back to rehab about 5 or 6 years later because of him being addicted to valium but he is in a really good place now with all his issues.
