What do u think about using heavy weight on rotator cuff exercises? I got told not to but progressively increase it the weight like any other muscle has made my shoulders feel amazing
If you use fat grip handles on lat pd's then wouldn't your forearms become the limiting factor of the movement? Seems pretty useless if you're training back right?
For people commenting about the noise of the reverse hyper, if you had a 400+lb man lying on top of you, you'd be making some funny noises too
