How to Edit Like PETER MCKINNON | Lightroom Tutorial

- Ok... So lets breakdown the one of the most famous styles in TH-cam and social media in general: Peter Mckinnon's photography. So we will analyze his style, and create a base preset in Lightroom, form which we will create a preset for his Urban style, his Landscape style and his product photography.

Thanks, William! Although soon after I made this video, he started making more subtle edits. Cutting down on the harsh contrast and extreme clarity. So I guess it's a bit outdated.

Hi, Kit. Yeah, they should work perfectly. Lightroom is Camera Raw with a nicer interface and file management added. So they work in any program from the Adobe Suite that has Photoshop's Camera RAW. Btw, it's Tone (short from Tonemian).
how do i create a point on the tone curve ?
Left-click with your mouse. Doble click to remove.
Maybe you have to switch the mode, theres a button above the tone curve
Do you have some Lightroom mobile Presets?
Yes. All the packs include the desktop and mobile version. With the exception of the one pack that only says "Desktop" in the title.

I do know. And I said it around three times in the video. It's impossible to recreate his style because he shoots photos in so many situations and takes all categories of photography. And he edits every photo in a totally independent and unique manner. If you paid attention, I said I was just concentrating on the constants in his style. The contrast, clarity, bright highlights and faded blacks; in order to create a base from where to edit.
