They didn't have any sort of extra powers, unlike spirit pico and MM, yet still managed to completely avoid getting corrupted at all throughout the entirety of the song. All they had to fight off the corruption was each other, and that was more than enough.

The reason why skid and pump were 10000iq : when dd came in knew mm was going to be sad and pico was the most op so they wanted pico to go tryhard so they faked sad and the plan worked then with daddy dearest on their side they knew it was gg for bf and gf an the couple got saved. So thats the reason they are smart in this. Don’t underestimate ur opponent
You know, I thought of something that is completely unneeded, like when BF was being un-corrupted, I imagine him glowing in a Radiant Aura. Give them hope or something that the battle will soon be won 😅

Honest thoughts - The voices don't quite fit to the song like this, don't get me wrong, it's still good and all, but it doesn't feel quite as emotional as the original. The story seems odd like this, given in the original, it's DD and GF that get hindered by MM showing up, makes me wonder why the kids are affected by DD showing up, since they don't have that family tie that the originals have. That aside though, the tunes are still good, even if sounding slightly out of place, it's still a hella good listen. The sprites are very well done, keeping a lot of the little details from the original, like MM looking at Pico when he starts to fight back against DD and then smiling when the corruption begins to be fought off. All in all, still love it even if it seems a tad odd to me in some parts. Keep up the good work.

Nah they were just scared of dd, the demo thats been released fixes this slightly so that pumps eyes are green since that represents pump being scared after he met eyes of the universe

For the mod did you figure out how life drain in full circle works or is this on a separate engine with its own life drain mechanics, and if so, do you think it’d be possible you could help me understand how it all works. Reimagined’s Full Circle life drain is my biggest challenge at the moment
Well its actually simple if you go into familiar finale folder it has a life drain lue file you can just copy n paste it into whatever song you want just go into it and change the character name that drains the health
