UK is obviously fake due to the audio quality and voicelines.
The official EAS alarm was made in 1915, and “Its Just A Burning Memory” is a modified version of it.

The original song sampled by It’s Just A Burning Memory, Heartaches, came out in the 30s. No way in hell they made an EAS alarm that sounded like a song created 15+ years in the future, let alone slowed it down exactly to match an album 101 years in the future.
