*Black Devils was a 1st Polish Armoured Division. They were called the Black Devils because of their black berets, black leather jackets and above all because of their crazy, sometimes even suicidal courage. The Germans had nightmares because of them, and they used to call mama, whenever someone mentioned Black Devils* 😎 *This is what Maczek, the general of the Polish division, said (A Polish soldier fights for the freedom of all nations, but dies only for Poland)* 👍

We abandoned Poland to please Stalin. If we refused to hand over Poland they felt that the Soviet Union wouldn't stop pushing west. We were cowards. Politically.

Thanks for your reaction. Read more about Witold Pilecki, superhero (he came volunteer to Auschwitz - Auschwitz was built first for Poles, first transport to this camp were Poles). Lot's of Poles were heros, who saved Jews, many of them was killd with all families and sometimes all villages, when Germans found here Jews. We the Poles don't accept betrayal - when some of Poles colaborated with Germans or told them about hidden Jews - our undeground army issued a death sentence on him. We, the Poles, have to be strong, because we suffered a lot for a long long time: 1795-1918 Poland doesn't egsist (read about partitions), Germans and Russians wanted to to kill Polishness, our language, history and culture, but they couldn't. Two world wars. And 45 yaers of communism (communism is worst than enything else). That's too much for one nation.

The nazis were savage but there is a reason why Communism is called the bloodiest (and the most cowardice) totalitarian regime of the 20th century. Over 100 million people dead (the Polish officers were shot in the back of their head, hence the cowardice part). Also, thank you for reacting to this! It is a big thing in Central Europe but I think it should be widely know as well, especially nowadays, when people are becoming infatuated by communism again.

Welp... Austrians, Norwegians, Slovaks, Hungarians, Estonians, Ukrainians, Croatians... Yes, Command was German - but there was voluntary units of SS out of many nations. For example Russians from Wlasow RONA were used by Germans to crush Warsaw Uprising. So not only Germans were Nazis.

True and to complete the list of German allies in Europe, there were also Italy, Finland, Romania and Bulgaria. Plus, not all Germans were Nazis even though most Nazis were German.
I think it's always a good idea to avoid incorrect generalisations which is one of the things the Nazis did to take power in the first place.

The reason The West sold us the Poles out in Yalta was not because of Germans. It was because of Stalin.
Stalin claimed that because The Red Army "liberated" Poland (in other words came through our lands raping our women, murdering children and stealing literally everything they possibly could) - the USSR *owes* Poland and it's only fair for Staling to do with Poland as he sees fit. Churchill tried to push back but Rooseveld was too old and too sick back then to oppose. And the West got scared that if they deny Stalin what he demands, USSR will start another war just to prove a point.
So in the end Poland was left under Soviet brutal occupation. Free elections were faked and all opposition to the communists was brutally murdered. Poland became a puppet state, a republic in name only. So to us the Poles this was a continuation of World War II.
We, the Poles, see absolutely no difference between the Nazis and the Soviets. They're all animals.
I mean - just look at the Ukraine. We fucking warned the world what Putin is capable of. The world ignored us again. And AGAIN we were proven right.

the Gulag - it was not just about the climate - we can deal with it most of the time, but mostly it was some undeveloped terrains and wastelands deep deep into siberia (so it will be harder for people to runaway and return to their country)
the climate was one thing - since a lot of people died while being transported there or ended up crippled (like frozen body parts like nose/ears/fingers etc.), the other part was inhuman way they were treated and forced to work
check the Gulag location map, anymore and it would look like a map of McDonalds in USA - it's one of the creepiest soviet heritage many nations and ethnic/religious groups experienced

10:22: To more than just ferocity, because they've been trained to an insane level while on substandard aircraft - where Brits had something like average 140 hours in air, Polish pilots had closer to a thousand, and as a result carried more than their weight in the Battle of Britain, taking a disproportionately high kill count compared to how many of them there were . There's a few movies about that.
16:30: What it boils down to was that Britain and USA were tired of the war and decided that if Stalin wants to have Poland, he can have Poland.

Allies winning towns, cities and countries back off iron curtain? Iron curtain was after the WWII. After Yalta Conference in 1945 during which Poland and other east countries were took by Soviet Russia and our "allies" didn't argue. Poland were under influence of Soviet Russia and only Polish people fought for freedom.

so you say that right now PIS destroys country intersting.
from that what i found on internet Poland investment plan is almost 2 times bigger in compare to PO what was before.
also PIS saved many Polish womans from that what was happenning in germany france italy sweden after they toke refuges.
next topic do you even realize that Platforma Obywatelska (PO) was selling Polish land to Germany ?
do you remember that PO rised the rettirement age ?
do you remember that PO toke cheapest offer (Chinese) to build highway and even with that they didn't finish highway on time before Euro 2012.
also what germany told Tusk agreed right away ?
do you really want goverment like this and live in puppet country ?
because if you say PIS is bad... and someone who lives in Poland looks back and will start compare will think or you are PRO PO side or just you lost your sanity during lockdown.
also money for investments from EU.
PIS fought and fight to don't connect Investisions (Busines) with Law rules in countries.
do you realized that Pis cured Polish Tax system ? the same TAX system what PO told it is impossible to FIX.
only big problem with PIS is that they gove cash for free.
and even after they gove that 500+ , 13 and 14 retirements they didn't even try to stop shop owners from rising prices.
      2012 bread cost 1.50 PLN
2020 from the same bakery 2.75 PLN almost 2 times more expensive for same type of bread.
next problem is that PIS throws Religion in to the rules of law.
what never should happen in any country, exception can be countrries like Vatican etc.
ban on trading on Sundays, PIS implemented that.
that gives free sundays for cashiers in poland, and it is bad? do you realize that thanks to this one day many mothers can just take their chilldren for a walk without being tired after full day on legs.
please before you speak go back this 8 - 10 years back in time and realize...
Even if PIS is bad because i can't tell they are good.... they are better than those who were before.
and for clearify PIS from 2008 is only one party who kept their promises from elections.
next and last topic is LGBT... im happy that actual goverment is against this LGBT what was delivered.
wanna know why ? search for this document what they delivered and after reading it maybe you will realize.
LGBT marriges ok... but adoptions... would you force kid to go to home where two mens would play around ?
also LGBT in the same document tried to push the freaking sexology in freaking kindergardens...
would you let your 5 -6 year old child let learn that boys thing goes in girls ?
German goverment tried to force PIS to accept that LGBT document...
do you really think if PO was the leader Party they would deny like Pis did ?
each goverment on this freaking world has pluses and minuses.
but real challange is to watch on each goverment separately comparing not only to those who were before but also to goverments of other Countries.
      so have a nice day...
and before spreading lies... learn something.
