- In this travel vlog, our Belgian family look at George Town in Penang, Malaysia. This city gave us good first impressions, we even found a bit of Bangkok there. And yes we are in Asia. 🤩 We were impressed by the cultural diversity of Penang, its beautiful temples and historic buildings. We also feasted on the local food, which is absolutely delicious.
🚢 We started our adventure by taking the ferry from Butterworth to Penang. It was a unique experience, with stunning views of the sea and Penang.
👨👩👧👦 We explored the city as a family and were warmly welcomed by the locals. We also shared our experiences and tips for traveling with children.

Cc vous me faite sourire avec vos expressions belge que je n'ai jamais entendu. Comme toilette à pédales pour les WC truc. Une pédale c'est sur les vélos pour pédaler 😂🤣. Ou bien encore je sais me tenir debout, pour je peux me tenir debout. Le belge est du français avec une déformation de la langue et pour moi cela est assez surprenant. Continuez bien votre voyage avec vos filles c'est super. Des bisous

If you like nature and sea...Sabah is nice. But need a lot of walking and better rent a car i guess. I am from peninsular but i find Sabah is interesting.

All the "big" cities in the North of KL are like small towns in the South of KL, old and rundown. The best food in Malaysia is actually in the East Coast and the southern states, but we didn't promote our towns as international tourism spots hence it's less well known, but it's a fact amongst the local that the best and authentic Malaysian dishes like beriyani, laksa and asam pedas dishes are in Johor 😄

Je ne vois vraiment pas l’intérêt d’aller à Georgetown en Ferry en venant de Cameron Highlands … restez dans le grab et utilisez les ponts 🤷♂️
Ha mais nous sommes venus en bus de Cameron Highlands pas en grab 😊 donc en bus, c'est soit on s'arrête à Butterworth et on prend le ferry pour arriver directement à Georgetown; soit, on continue en bus mais on arrive à la gare des bus de Penang, se trouvant à 20 mn en voiture de Georgetown

@@Binavibe mon seul trajet en bus a été KL à Melacca… ça m’a paru interminable alors qu’en moto c’est deux heures 😅
Haaa j'avoue que les embouteillages de Bruxelles ne me manquent pas 😅 avec nos 4 filles, difficile de se déplacer autrement qu'en bus 🙏
