  • Christa Maria Feuster experienced a very hard time during childhood. Than she had an all-changing near-death-experience.
    Contents:
00:00:59 How did it come about that you wanted to commit suicide?
00:02:14 So initially you'd have very intense dreams?
00:02:30 And you were sure that you'd find answers over there?
00:02:54 What happened when your life got completely turned around after your suicide attempt?
    00:05:10 The abyss of blackness
00:05:46 Did this blackness feel threatening to you?
00:09:23 Would you generally say that a person's view of death crucially shapes the process of dying? And maybe even his or her experiences in the other world?
00:10:58 What differences have you identified for example?
00:12:16 Would you say that your near-death experience transformed your life in a lasting way?
00:13:11 Is this spiritual path that you've embarked on related to this mission?
00:13:51 Have you met suicidal individuals and have you been able to support them?
00:15:07 Can your harness your experiences in this line of work?
00:16:08 How can we someone in the situation of an existing depressed state of mind?
00:18:18 Can there be some sort of general advice to mitigate the common fear of death?

Yes right. I'm so passionate about the after life in all its mystery. I know that light beings accompany us on the journey but are not entitled to make the job for us. They can show us signs and give clues if only we were able to shut down the mind and all those thoughts. We all have a mission, not necessarily something extraordinary. For some just raising children is a mission or incarnating the baker, the surgeon, the writer etc... We are all needed by God, each one of us.

Decades ago I had a dream where I had died and everything was grey, with no sense of a body. Like Christa I didn't think much of it. I said "I believed in God when I was alive, I believe in him now that I am dead." Straight away there was a sense of movement, then the grey dispersed and I was flying along on a road, passing other people. Eventually I arrived in the court of heaven, and was welcomed with great joy and celebration. They said that what had taken me minutes, others did in hundreds of years. I say this plainly, just as it was. There is a clear meaning in it, that the Spiritual life is really simple.

So I really benefited from watching this interview thank you. I'm a 67 year old male. Born London now living Devon. Always been interested in life after death but only in a positive way. At 54 had a near death inasmuch in accident pedestrian hit by car. Brain Injury incurred & other things, turning my life around. Despite her hard beginning in life, Christa hits upon some valid points @ about 17:30 -- such as giving implied guidance rather than a heavy dogma to anyone seeking. Her statements concerning necessary isolation are also valid, and i was fortunate enough in my [rough] early years to generally isolated and meditative. This is essential to finding a connection with the Spirit, and the spiritual realm. . . You must not be too distracted by the World.

Wonderful lady. So beautiful, strong, and impressive. Christa has a beautiful smile and eyes. She mentioned that she believed in God and her mother didn't. This reminded me of my situation as a child. My mother was also an atheist and I believe in God. I don't think it was a generational thing. My mother saw the horrors of world war 2 and lost her faith in God during the war. When she laid dying though, she asked about God. So, I hope that she found peace just like she appeared she had in my dreams.

    • @kirstinstrand6292
      @kirstinstrand6292 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

To be honest, my mother put God in front of her family, creating absolute dysfunction for all 4 of us, plus herself. You can be certain that I left Christianity as early as possible, in my 20s. I believe God is within -not "Out There." Instead of praying for whatever, it is every person's responsibility to develop into our best self, using the brains and will power God gave each of us. It upsets me that people Pray for Change, rather than using everything that God gave humans. The peace I have found came from examining my dysfunctional childhood, Meditation and hard work. I think Spirituality comes later in life, as it has to me. For a few, like Christa, she discovered it earlier than most. It seems to have propelled her into a meaningful life that she too, worked to fulfill. The time to mend one's ways is not just before one dies -praying for salvation! As I have stated many years now...we must fix ourselves, not pray to God to fix our misfortune. I realize there are no easy answers to living a peaceful, purposeful life. loved my mother, and I know that, in her way she loved me. We all do the best we can, under the circumstances of how we spent our childhoods and early adolescence. It's just that Authoritarian parents only perpetuate Generational Dysfunction. I understand people's interest in Buddhism. To my mind, it is far more sane than Christianity. I apologize if I have upset any readers; I have learned that I can only thrive by being true to myself.

      @tafitness2135 2 ปีที่แล้ว

@@kirstinstrand6292 That's good that you are true to yourself--to each their own of course. In my life I have woked very hard on myself with my God-given abilities and talents and not until this past year when I started praying to God and talking to him, confiding in him about things I just cannot change on my own, I have been seeing changes that were not possible when I was striving to achieve them. Without God, I feel like I am nothing. I feel like he is within us and does give us abilities and strength but he is also there for us. There are things I wouldn't have been able to do with my own willpower. But I'm glad meditation alone has worked for you.

A male voice told me I couldn't stay and that I had to go back. I wanted to stay but the voice repeated I had to go back. Then I woke up to the surgeon saying I,d given him a scare because he,d lost me and he thought I wasn't coming back.

Don't be afraid... It's the most beautiful feeling you can experience. There's nothing compares to it in life. You feel like you will burst with joy.
There's also a full awareness of being there. You are aware you have no physical body but your mind is fully aware of everything.
I also had an out of body experience some years later. I was lay on a field staring up at the night sky and suddenly found myself in space, surrounded by stars. I had no physical body just a bright glow and awareness. I was like a star in the night sky. Again it was that immense feeling of love and peace, it's indescribable. I heard a deep voice again, It was explaining how everything came together. I watched the universe expand in waves like on an ocean. I was aware there was no temperature, not warm nor cool. Just this feeling of being full of love and joy. I spun around and around in every direction taking it all in, I could see far beyond the capability of Physical eyes. I was so happy I wanted to stay there for ever. However I shortly found myself back in my body and felt the cold air around me and the love and peace feeling had gone. I quickly hurried home to tell my partner what I had experienced and what I had been shown.
The body may die but the soul doesn't and I know there's something better after this life and it's wonderful.

Since we only have one sliver of consciousness here ,it is not easy to open up to the entirety of who we are. The big issue is the persistent idea of separation. We die every second with the breath in and out, yet are unperturbed. The big fear in the collective mindset is the fear of extinction. Lovely share. Thank you.

Ms. Christa Maria Feuster has wonderfully echoed and verified what has been told by rishis or sages in India. One needs to sit by themselves and explore the inner world to realise the truth. However, most of us are incapable of doing that as she found out during her mission, and the hence the importance of a good spiritual guide, a master, a Guru.

Pain and suffering are the price of living. There is no escape from death no matter how strong or wealthy or fortunate you are. There are as many ways of understanding one's life as there are grains of sand on the beach. I think that meditation and faith are two good ways-but we have to be careful not to limit ourselves and others. Each one of us has our own special key, and we simply need to 'be' to find it. We will find it when we are meant to find it. :)

For me, raking the leaves and weeding are absolutely refreshing to body and soul, the repetitious motions help quieten the mind. As a wise soul once said, there are hundreds of ways to honour the quietness within.

I was fortunate to discover this abiding love of tending to plants as a young girl. I must add that i avoid using any extra machinery that destroys the peace i feel there (ie leaf blowers!). The Western way is to rush through things to rush to the next thing. Gardening for yourself is not about rushing, if you can possibly help it. Approached in this way, its incredibly healing and peaceful and restorative. Doing it makes me deeply happy.

It would be great to see a reconstruction of the events with actors and some CGI effects. I've seen a few from others channels and they do make a much stronger impact. The near death experiencers can have a look at the footage and decide whether it is faithful enough or if it needs adjustments.

If people only knew all the wonders that wait for them after death or their "second birth" they would truly enjoy this life they have. You have so much to look forward to when it is over so truly live in the moments of this life. Even that bad or stressful truly live and your perspective decides how you live. Everyone has good times and bad times but the bad always end.

@Bonnita, darling you have and are suffering with guilt. Some thinkers say not to feel guilty but use the bad choices and experiences to learn from. I actually think that guilt indicates remorse. Remorse turns to repentance. Repentance means confession and asking for forgiveness. It is a process some of us must go through. I am one. So my love, first you have acknowledged your mistakes and now you must FORGIVE YOURSELF. I also asked God to ‘soften‘ my memory of things I have done. It is my belief that this suffrage is part of the purification process. Dear, try to forgive yourself and ask that the memory be softened. Then believe and be assured that YOU ARE FORGIVEN. You have learned right from wrong, good choices and behaviors from bad ones. This has helped us ascend to a higher level of consciousness. And this... was all part of our journey on earth. I love you. Jude

As I read your words, it struck me that all your feelings are based on a set of religious values you learned early in life. I was taught the same. You are judging yourself against those teachings. Without rejecting those teachings, just set them aside for a bit while you take a non-judgmental view of how you decided to take the paths you chose. (This method can be used for any decision people need to make, i.e. lose weight, stop smoking, dating, relationships, substance use, career.)
Begin by asking yourself practical simple questions such as, what messages were you telling yourself that the path you were considering was the path you should take? What messages were you telling people, past or present, by the choices you made? (Just for lighthearted examples, "There, how does that feel?" "Screw you!" "Who cares-- not you! I will just show you." "I might as well keep screwing up." "It doesn't matter...")
Your choices were made based on what messages you were telling yourself and trying to tell others.
•Now, what if, one past decision to the next, you just wrote down the decision you were making.
•Then wrote down those thoughts a.k.a. messages you had in mind.
•Next, wrote down the path you chose and what messages were you sending by making that choice.
•Then evaluate: Did my choices accomplish anything? What? In the long run, where did I end up? If I hadn't chosen this path, what could have been accomplished?
You can't do over those times, but from now on, before you make a choice, ask yourself questions. What will this path accomplish? Will it make my life better? Will it take me further down a useless path? Give yourself hope knowing you can do a little better.
Choices don't have to be made in a split second either. Delay your choice until you have worked through the process above.
Later, you can go back, look at the choice you made, and start the process again. Make any changes that would improve your well-being.
As for our religious values you and I were taught, they are the spiritual means of measuring. You can also evaluate your past life by choosing a different scale to measure it. We can use the measurement of whether your choices helped to accomplish what you would like to be and have. You don't have to completely define yourself by your less than stellar life as you did in the comments you just made.
For sure, some people seem like they have lived their lives so perfectly. But we can't see the struggles they have dealt with in the past. For example, my neighbor who is a responsible guy, spent three years in prison for dope offenses. He has his head on straight now.
I hope this helps change your perspective. Give yourself another chance. Or two. Or three. Or whenever you think there just isn't any hope. No one else can choose a better life for us, even though that would be easier. There is one mantra that keeps people trying to change: "Never give up."
      Becky

This woman has an uncommon degree of wisdom that's particularly evident in her understanding that each individual has their own path which cannot be reduced to, or expressed by, any sort of formula. Likewise her view that there's no such thing as a wrong death, or a wrong way to die - including suicide.
Also, in the countless NDE stories I've heard and read, it seems quite rare to find someone who recognizes how unique and personal their NDE really is - in other words, how _not_ universal or applicable to anyone else it is. Just as a person's life is completely unique and unlike that of anyone else, so too is their experience of dying and of whatever near-death experience they may have.
There is, however, one thing she mentioned several times which I have to disagree with, and that's her mischaracterizing generalization about atheists being more afraid of death than religious or spiritual people are. This simply isn't true, at least not in a general sense. Many atheists live full and meaningful lives. In addition, many atheists not only don't fear death, they actually welcome it precisely because they conceive of it as simply "the end." It doesn't matter that there's no such thing as a once-and-for-all end; to the extent that someone _believes_ there is, this view can provide comfort by removing (or at least reducing) the element of uncertainty that attends the view of death as any kind of continuation or transition.

@PL Christa's comments on atheists and death are in the context of ''deaths she has observed'' while doing her work, from what i could glean from the interview. So these are her *direct* personal observations of different individuals facing death, over time...

I find comfort in that it appears our afterlives are tailored to our personality. I am an atheist and wish not to be drugged at the end unless pain is an issue. Atheists tend to be very practical and logical. I hope to be reunited with my family on the other side and expecting my parents to greet me. If there is a god, I have questions!!!

I am a believer in an afterlife there’s no real doubt in my mind, but I have trouble with this notion of having a purpose or a mission. Most of us are the equivalent of get up in the morning, drive a bus and earn a minimum wage, struggle to pay off a mortgage and live in this difficult financial system. Our lives seem to be based around work, family and love is the engine of survival. The luxury of a “purpose” is only for the lucky few. What on earth could the common man do to live an extraordinary life. Yet we have ordinary people on these channels talking about being sent back for their purpose. I cant make any sense of these statements. This is a world for the very smart and that is only a tiny percentage of humanity
