I have theory about Kiba's dad.... In the nine tails attack on Konoha Kiba father may of been killed.. or gers some PTSD and with Tsume Inuzuka (Kiba mother) bickering. He just couldn't take it anymore and left....
Like look in this game there is some who is exactly like Kiba. 11:28... Check it Kiba's dad is in there
