I know this reality can be hard, I also went through a serious depression period and I wont lie theres still a lot of hurt, but believe me if you try over time it will get better, it can get so much better in ways that your mind isn't even capable of imagining it yet, just believe it. Over time you cam find good coping mechanisms to deal with hurt, over time your reality might chance, good things you can't predict. Okay i think i have results 😭😭 OMG,this isnt a coincidence!!! I listened to this since it came out and i felt calm and really felt like i was living my desired life already. I looped this like 3 times or 4 probably and then i detached and forgot about this. And i swear to god the next day my life changed into better, My physical health is so much better. Basically when i stood up and just moved a little my heart would race fast :( it was very scary and i had no motivation at all to do anything, to move around and even basic things like wash dishes and walk around my house. So, I usually meditate and go to a calm in my head which happens to be a sea where it's washing away what I want it to. The author didn't say you could nor couldn't sleep to any version and they still also make calm vers with raining/water sounds, which is easier for few others like me who is struggle to sleep with music vers. For a flush, I just meditate for however long my attention span is while thinking of all of the affirmations that came to me going away. So, I usually meditate and go to a calm in my head which happens to be a sea where it's washing away what I want it to.
The booster I just listen to normally to help boost the subliminals I want boosted. So, nothing special with it besides affirming what subliminals I want boosted.
I do hope this helps you. You can try different methods if you want.
And btw, looking back at your question, don't constantly use a flush. It will get rid of results if you affirm them going away. You can find a lot of boosters and flushes. I believe Enchanted Workshop has some.

@sabrinagelatina yeah, it's just my preferences though. The author didn't say you could nor couldn't sleep to any version and they still also make calm vers with raining/water sounds, which is easier for few others like me who is struggle to sleep with music vers.
So overall, it just depends on the listeners, but it's always better to have multiple option regarding the background noise for subs.
