Good advice, I did 12 weeks Keto to lose over 20kg, fasted zone 2 cycle rides. I now have more carbs so I can ride hard and recover quickly but have fasting days too, I avoid refined sugar, wheat and processed food. I reversed prediabeties, fasting blood sugars now normal.

Keep the text pop-ups consistent and use less different locations, transitions, colors. Text box. Same location. Same font. No transitions we used in 3rd grade in elementary school.
NOTED! thanks for the constructive criticism. Which one looks the best right now? I don't know how to make an exact text box (where the background is a different color, like a black box with text on it, which would be ideal)....i do agree that the one font with lower case "i" needs to go; it's just a good preset size and shows up in white whereas others don't
Just count your calories, aim for 500 deficit at the end of the day and you will lose a pound every week. No deficit since a day before your long rides and definitely no deficit on the big day. You’ll be fine.
