Hi sis..I have bought the same washing machine ...2 says back but I feel the wash cycle is too slow..during wash cycle it only rotates 45 degrees left and 35 degrees right.....could you please confirm how is the rotation cycle during washing alone.. which will be much useful to me...thanks in advance

I too have same model machine ... what is the use of smart diagnosis and during spin I heard a heavy crushing sound of plastic and in lint filter I found a small broken pice... but I dono y... if u know pls answer me sis
Smart diagnosis is to check any problem in your machine, u need to install an app "Smart thinQ". After some instructions, it will detect the problem using the machine sound

During spin water flow coming,is it normal
Is it coming every time?
If the clothes loaded is uneven, sometimes water will come, then it will spin for sometime, then it will drain, after that it will spin normal. It will not happen mostly in normal wash cycle, when u wash clothes by hand, then if u use washing machine for spin , that time only most of the time water will come
