An old workmate’s wife worked on a Tom Ford counter and I used to get loads of samples so I’m comfortable saying if you like Neroli Portofino, just get Neroli Canvas instead as it’s essentially identical and lasts way longer. No point buying Tuscan Leather when La Yuqawam exists for the same reason. Also see the Fragrance Apprentice’s vid on Milliseme Imperial / CDN Milestone. Some clones are bangers but there’s plenty of rubbish ones too and plenty that are duping stuff that you could get on sale for not much more (never see the point there) - I usually just wait till there’s enough real-world reviews before taking the plunge. Also some stuff seems like it’ll never be cloned or cloned well, but that’s what decants are for - doesn’t have to be all or nothing clones vs originals.

one that’s super slept on is ramz lataffa silver, smells even better than ultra male and you can find it for around 15-20$ at burlington
I let mine sit for 2 months and Holy crap that thing wont die down. It keeps on projecting and smelling on clothes 4 days

8-10 hours longevity, with at least medium projection on collectors edition, I never got in to the hype of Not Only Intense as much as other people 😅

Zimaya Ghayath is worth checking out - I think it is a clone of Iberian Leather which I have not sampled, but, being the owner of some of the other clones in your list here, I’m confident Ghayath is worthy of your attention - it’s fantastic.
Always do a lot of research when buying fragrances, especially Middle Eastern clones... for example, Zymaja Maazaj is definitely not a £30. It can be easily bought for half that price, or less...

The imagination clone/ mazaj infused, I purchased it, it took me 2-3 days before I threw it in the garbage. Its like a powder carpet cleaner, absolutely terrible.

What would be the better Immagination alternative between Zara Sunrise Intense, Lattafa Art of arabia 1 and this Zimaya clone?
Having sampled the Zimaya clone I can say that it is not as good even as the Zara Sunrise EDT, although I couldn’t tell you if it is a closer copy of Imagination.

I sampled AOA1 and it's very nice but I still like Sunrise more.

As for LV Imagination goes i think Fragrance World/ French Avenue " ESSENCE DE BLANC " is a better choice try it out
Essence De Blanc has a funk to it. It kind of smells like opening a can of Jalapeño’s.

Omar you need to try Hunter Intense EDP, it is an insanely cheap clone of Sauvage/Invictus
Supremacy Collector's Edition is one of my favourite pick ups of the year. Its level pegging with boss bottled absolu for me for pure enjoyment from a 2024 release. To me its not a clone with a twist.... it is its own thing.

‘Middle Eastern fragrances’ isn’t a single brand lol, but every brand should be compliant with every region they wish to sell in. 🙂
@@SchoolOfScent Good point. The EU is strict on import certifications. Often times price is associated with safety. Dunhill Icon is a stunning fragrance from a well-known Designer house that's around 45 euros/50 dollars. It's cheaper than many clones, but subject to the same compliance as Creed, Roja, or the "Middle Eastern" houses. I believe the greater danger lies with fakes illegally trafficked into countries and sold as OGs.

But lately I've noticed that you're doing more and more dupe content and getting closer to the masses of other youtubers doing the same content. I think that's a shame because you used to stand out from the crowd. There are so many more exciting perfume brands to review, like Widian, Pana Dora, Anfas, Taif Al-Emarat, Omanluxury, The Spirit of Dubai, etc. Take it as constructive criticism, but I am aware that in the end it is your channel. Zaffiro crafted oud is a cheap clone of the thameen.
Gotta admit have the OG bleu electrique and am really intrigued to nag the al nashama caprice. Sometimes i ensure I have the clone for rough use/ daily driver and the OG for special occasions, e.g, rare carbon/TF OL edp combo
Caprice is noticeably rougher, with a clear ambroxan screech, at least at first - maybe it will mature, but I haven’t been that impressed.

If it has "a twist" it does not make the original redundant, it makes it similar and it comes up to taste. Not all people share your taste, for example I bought kumkat wood from Mancera after you ranked it first and I don't like it. When you make a "original is redundant" video, stick to those who really resemble the original, not the ones that have twists which you might like but others not.
Carved oud is stunning, far superior to oud wood in my opinion
Caprice is not 95% similar to Bleu Electrique. It is a nice fragrance on its own, but i would never confuse one for the other. YSL took one of the best fragrances ever and improved it. Caprice is not in that ballpark
Of all the clones hyped on TH-cam I’ve never found them to be clones , they just smell similar and alike and are always missing something ✌️
Exactly i own both and im sick of people saying they’re similar. Bleu electrique is a masterpiece and in a league of its own
@@buxz777 specifically LNDL. I've heard caprice, halloween shot, and others smell JUST like LNDL. I have never smelled anything that matched it even 75%.
I have smelled clones of creed frags like aventus and green Irish tweed that were 90% similar, but you're right, there's always something missing

kinda annoying how 99% of english fragrance content is only about dupes. And even worse, saying the dupes are better than the original. Like praise your copies to the heaven but stop trashtalking the original idea.
I agree with your first sentence... But clones have in general better longevity/sillage which is insane to me. How can so many originals not create a longevity of at least 8 hours for the price they ask....
i'll die before i buy a fragrance that costs a dime over 200€ and lasts 3-4 hours when i have the option to pay a fraction of the price.
There are cases when buying an expensive niche fragrance is justified by quality and originality but if either of those criteria are not met i refuse to get scammed just to flex or because "yeah the first batches were way more long lasting but it smells pretty much identical"
@@clawer2969 Just sayin, where most dupes are made the laws arent nearly as strict as they are anywhere else so we cant tell what they put into it. I used to be a hater of fake brand clothing and also dislike copies of original ideas when its about scents. If i like the scent but dislike the house, i can live without it. Tom Ford as example.
