Pipe, In the 1st game, 14 admitted to being an admirer with 13, which means the Admirer was in a toxic relationship, giving you 5 Bingo Squares for the 1st game.
When Pirate wins their second duel, they get invincible defense, meaning nothing can kill them at night. However, if the person they're dueling happens to survive for whatever reason, the game bugs and doesn't play the win screen animation for Pirate which usually plays after the victim of their second duel win is revealed, which means Pirate stays in the game despite having won.
pirate wasn't trolling btw in the jester game, he was trying to waste the lynches cause he didn't want anyone to get lynched or the game would end, very smart imo.
Imagine being outed the second day, having all others coven died that very night and still managing to pull out a win against a WW with the use of ALL-CAP and witchery shenanigan.
You know what hapened with pirate? They went in a form of limbo without being able to kill their target due to the guard of bodies and just got invincible status for the rest of the game.
In TOS 1, you'd get a win regardless if you killed or not, as long as you won the duel, but it doesn't seem to be the case here, seems to need actual kills, which is odd. But I guess the invincible perk checks for wins over kills, so it's a weird "checking for different things" bug.
@@Snow4Leopards it's an unstoppable attack, but I believe BG essentially takes the hit for the target, it technically doesn't increase the target's defense like cleric. I dunno how the game's programmed, but this is likely just a very weird edge case.
@bradanroberts7078 Cleric and Crus grant defense. BG and Trapper block a single attack. That's why BGs and Trappers are the ones who should be protecting revealed mayors. Meanwhile, if a crus felt like it, they could work as a green ambusher on the Mayor.
The soul collector in a 1v1 SK: * without bloodlust should be an automatic win for the soul collector because they're gonna end up transforming into death anyways and win anyways * with bloodlust should be an automatic win for the SK because they're gonna kill the soul collector anyways
The automatic draw happens on D7, anyways, which is more than enough time for Death to pop up, so the "it could end a draw depending on how early the 1v1 happens" wouldn't be a problem. I think it's mostly that they haven't gotten the specific 1v1 scenarios yet. Just general ones like a single coven vs whatever, because a CL or witch being alive in a 1v1 is different than an illusionist or enchanter in the same scenario, but they end up the same, iirc.
I wouldnt even mind if he does games where he might not get far or get anything special and I guess the bingo is the way to go about it. Honestly I grew in love with Pipe due to ToS overall. It's a really nice game to watch
I've had this pirate bug happen to me. What happens is that the Pirate wins the second duel against someone with a BG on them. The pirate gets invincible defense, surviving the BG but doesn't leave town. Getting a 3rd win allows you to leave. I reported this to the devs already. It was weird.
THIS EXPLAINS SO MUCH ABOUT THE RECENT UPLOADS BEING ONLY 1 GAME EACH 😯 I love ToS Bingo! And this was absolutely worth the wait! Thank you, pipetron, for all your efforts with creating this content.
Yeah I was a bit salty about getting hung as crusader lol, I was just vibing eating my string cheese and died as a result. Had a great berserker game later though
As much as I want to hate 6 for making obviously bad plays as mayor, I was in tears, and he was having fun. While he was a moron, he made C O N T E N T. The only thing missing from that game was "I want to get off Mr. Bones' Wild Ride".
In the shroud game I felt so bad for you when the last coven outed you, they just wanted to take someone down with the ship when they were guaranteed a loss at that point
I think they gave Pirate a weird defense that is not "invincible" like AA roles. So IF he gets hit with an unstoppable attack.... like oh say... Doomsayer and wins his last duel, it glitches out. He basically acts like old ToS1 pirate in that case.
It was actually pretty smart to keep upping the mayor if Pirate was going for the win condition since it ensures that none of the remaining evils get upped by the mayor but also allows the Pirate one more duel after wasting 3 trials. Very nice!
Sure, except the pirate already won but was still in town due to a glitch. The mayor wanted to be pillaged by a glitched pirate, even if it meant throwing the game... That is a reportable offense though...
Sidestep feels like the most beneficial choice for a pirate It catches afks (to my limited knowledge, if I'm wrong then my b) and catches people who think they will outplay pirate due to the first fact, ya gotta go elsewhere even if that makes it feel like a 1 in 2, though that's just my stance on it ig
In the first game I figured 13 was arso the moment 15 died. 15's will said they had defense, and no one claimed DW, telling me that 15 prob had necro (haven't memorized list yet) and attacked 13, with 13 seeing that and knowing they could call out 15 for it.
While I do like the Spy buff since they were talking about it in the Admirer game, one thing that BUGS (heh) me is that if there's something like, let's say, Plaguebearer, you'll keep finding people Plagued even if the PB or Pest is gone. This also has the perk of, if you find anyone Plagued, that means you're also plagued, and as such your bugs will always be triggered automatically. And this happens to all kinds of hidden status effects. I get if the doused one stays since there could be another Arso, but why keep the Plague one, for example? I just hope they change that quirk at some point.
On the topic of "if you trick somebody who chooses not to attack do they still attack" I have seen a trickster trick a Berserker on night 1 and kill the Berserker (and also not die themselves).
I assume the game checks the attack stat of the target to trigger the Trick kill, then the game essentially makes it so the target targets the trickster at night, but that not might work because Bers cannot kill N1, I'm assuming.
@@Rogeryoo Maybe? I don't assume to understand how it works so much as having anecdotal evidence of it working. I've also seen that, if somebody gets roleblocked so that they can't target at all, the trick doesn't go through. I think it's similar to a witch/CL forcing a WW to visit on n1 or n3 in ToS1. They don't do anything, but a tracker can track them and a LO will see them visit.
The trickster rework make he a bodyguard that kill the person that he target and have attack, instead of kill someone that attacked you targed. Trickster is a reversed bodyguard.
In the first game, it was basically a townie in exchange for two threats to the town: *Executioner* which then proceeded to *Torment* the *Dreamweaver*
Wondering if maybe at the start of rounds, you could have like a brief description of the role that you are for the more casual viewers, sometimes I forget what they do fully.
I just played a game where the only town members were trickster, mayor, seer and coroner. I don't know how town was expected to win that one. End state was war, pestilence vs coroner. War was voted out for the laughs. Of course NA still won.
I would love to see you collab with jeromeace as he needs to learn about the game and you could help plus people get to see more of the fun and games while actually learning how to play
witch was insane in second game, super well played edit: the universe had to throw in the mayor from the jester game to balance how good of a player lilith is apparently
This really does seem like a very unfriendly game for newbies. I like it, but I probably couldn't/shouldn't play it. I'd only hold my team back, why bother.
What would happen if an exe marks a target at night, but during the day gets killed by a meteor, however the guy he selected as target then gets hanged?
In the second game, how was 11 confirmed evil from town pov? I understand that 13 knows they're evil due to psy vision, but they were complaining about town following a confirmed evil. It was just 13's word against 11's right? unless I'm missing something?
In the shroud game, the other shroud should have died to the revived trickster if they had any tricks left. They must have used all of them in the first 3 nights.
Pipe, In the 1st game, 14 admitted to being an admirer with 13, which means the Admirer was in a toxic relationship, giving you 5 Bingo Squares for the 1st game.
He also missed vfr in 2nd game
Yeah I did
people that say "why me" on the stand deserve an instant guilty
Ong tho
thank you mister stonks
On epicmafia theres a saying "Why me" = fry me
ive used it as jester strat, worked 4/5 times
That's why it's the perfect jester strat
Love that 11 @ 14:10 was all "we don't got this" and pulls the hardest carry 🤣
A false negative to push their determination to the limit. Their win was well earned pulling off the impossible.
“We don’t got this, But I do”
"The worst she can do is say no"

That mayor is obv trolling.
That Witch carry was so good. Congrats to 11 for that win.
the all caps was too strong
That mayor in the jest game was simply thinking 20 lightyears ahead of the rest of us
That mayor was cooking something for sure
@@supremeswordsman7880 yeah for sure, i ain't eating but let him cook
@supremeswordsman7880 unfortunately the arso cooked faster
@@JDBJake the arso cooked the mayor. literally
That guy was just bad, they understood but got too cocky and lost. They deserved to lose. Still funny though lol.
11 was insane. A master bluffer, manipulator and all in between

That mayor game was a hard watch

But pirate has Unstoppable attack in ToS2, BG doesn't grant invincible defense.

No way I haven't been so glued at a tos game like the second one, 11 was an absolute beast!!
If 6 wasn’t in a game with people they knew and knew they were new, everyone probably would’ve reported them for gamethrowing
The bingo format is interesting but I mostly like it since there's more games in the bingo videos.

And I mean the one that got jumped by two Shrouds, a Werewolf, and a SK.

well that mayor definitely deserves a gamethrowing ban if it really was his first game well it shoudl also be his last
witch was insane in second game, super well played

THAT MAYOR WAS SO FUNNY IM DYING
The game where he was jester was possibly the funniest game I've ever seen
In the first game being Trickster is RB immune then it shouldn't count as being RBed. Or am I wrong?
26:38 wth 1360 town points, did you hack the game or something?
Bingo videos are greattt, long and fun to watch
5:40 then if it's the way it's work it's just a mix of bodyguard and vigi, taking the worst of one and the best of the other. :/
If it’s a double shroud game, you could claim seer and say you went to both people who died
Trickster is just like the bg to vigis crus now
Cant accidentally kill townies, but dies when their attack goes off
I was not expecting that hex bomb at the end
That second game is worthy of a vid alone. My lord.
why did you guys hang somebody twice?? 2:55
