I've been watching Maya Schobrun (306) since I saw her yagp variation in 2019! It's amazing to see her all grown up in a company and at Prix de Lausanne. Honestly really inspiring!!
Beautiful piano. I'm not a ballerina and could only imagine what it would be like to attempt the hard work these ladies put into their art. Such amazing dedication. Thank you all for your hard work ♥
Watching Platel teach, I see that there are true teachers. She looks at the entire physicality of the students …not just the height of the leg but the stablising force.
I stopped cheering for a specific contestant (two years ago) just in case he or she disappointingly don't make the finals, instead, I just enjoy watching the Prix for what it is, *a one of a kind great ballet competition* 🙂
Elizabeth Platel was absolutely amazing throughout this. I could see my younger self connecting with her as her student had I been involved in dance. I'm a non dancer, but support the arts, dance etc. This was absolutely incredible to watch! Loved it. The dancers all worked so extremely hard, they should be very proud of themselves. 👏 👏 🌹
May I ask, every time they ask for the dancers to do something specific with their feet, the camera is Always pointed at their heads? I’m sorry. Maybe I am a bit picky, but I Am watching Not to Hear the teachers Give instruction. I would like to actually See the Full Application .
How do these dancers follow such complex barre instructions and get it right immediately? I would get completely mixed up and run off the stage never to be seen again!
