I need help. I am doing something wrong or the quality of EGS002 is very poor. I have tried to build an inverter twice using the transformer out of a APC 1500 UPS and the EGS002. Both times, the inverter worked fine for a while, then one mosfet would blow up and another would short out. I have paid careful attention to wiring, heat-sinking, MOSFET voltage and current ratings, and it works fine for several startup and shut down cycles. Then it just blows up on startup. I know I am not overheating anything, because my rule is if I can't keep my finger on it for at least 5 seconds, it needs a bigger heatsink or more components in parallel or reduce the load.

I only have one Potentiometer for output 220V, I adjust it, but it doesn't work. Output voltage is about 370 volts. You can do video on that to teach us on TH-cam
napanood ko dun sa ibang mga ka DIY natin gumamit sila ng additional SMPS transformer para sa VFB para protected yung module, nakita ko paps yung specs nya 080-20529-00 kaso wala ko makita datasheet nito, tapos gumamit din sila LM358 para sa Low Voltage Protection ng battery. baka may alam ka na SMPS transformer na pwede natin gamitin, thanks

@@KUARIELtv uu nga sir mas kampante ko sa DIY ko compare sa mga china made, ask ko isang ka DIY natin na expert sa toroidal kung paano formula para sa expected VA ng toroidal, mukhang over rated na naman yung SN#T from china, although 1Kw yun malamang nasa 300w lang yun kung inductive load gagamitan, so feasible pa rin talaga inverter natin

Which transistor did you use for 24V inverter? I used irfb4110 it didn't work but it worked for 12V inverter.

If am to use 24 Mosfets, will the 10k, 4.7R and 1n4148 diode be increased or that amount on the circuit is ok

sir did you connect the 3 MOSFETs in parallel for each of the 3 MOSFETs? to give a total of 12 MOSFETS

dont understand your question. dont be confuse just follow the basic diagram and thats all.
I think he meant as p channel and n channel MOSFET for push pull
