    Thank you for sharing. I cant believe that eating fennel had made an acute allergic reaction to me having shortness of breath, hand and foot numbness snd difficult breathing!

    This makes perfect sense. I have gluten ataxia -- and if I eat contaminated food, or cross reactive food, I'm MESSED UP for a LONNGGGG TIME. I'm still recovering from months ago. It sucks super bad. I'm on an elimination diet now -- extremely strict. Especially because I'm allergic to so many foods, plus trying to be super low carb.

    It took me 10 years to figure out I had a popcorn allergy. I would get hives or feelings like bugs crawling over me on the 4th day after eating it, and hives for 3 months. I can however, tolerate a little regular corn. Thankfully, I haven't had hives since I cut out popcorn. It was torture until I finally narrowed it down.

    Gluten triggers my asthma,,,,,,Coffee also mimics Gluten so be aware of coffee. After glute exposure, I have asthma for over 1 year. I attribute that to IgG hanging around. Very good video

    I get mucus, thin but irritating strings down my throat, feels like it goes from nose to throat. Lasts an hour or longer. I had to stop having most dairy, soy sauce, ice cream and yogurt is worst. Related? It started randomly 4 yrs ago. Constant clearing throat.

    • @Tokyobusiness2010

      I have similar symptoms that started randomly a few months ago and I don’t know what could be causing it.. hives, itchy and swollen throat, difficulty speaking (to reach high pitched tones), liquid sensation behind my ears, sudden hearing loss now, coughing because of little phlegm and brain fog, memory loss.. I know it’s my food sensitivity issues because I have IBS and it’s gotten worse with my stress and lifestyle habits (working fulltime, also got a small business, a daughter, family… too much on)… it’s so frustrating to see your health deteriorate this badly and I am only 33.. I need to be very strict with what I eat.. but it’s so bloody hard!! Especially if friends invite you to come over to have something to eat or you go to a restaurant or you are just out of home and need to eat something quick.. normally everything out there is not healthy or doesn’t adjust to your food restrictions so it’s hard to keep up with your elimination diet.. but we gotta stay strong

      @@Tokyobusiness2010 I am so sorry. Some foods make ne regret eating them. I eat at home so much more often, now. I have more control. The dairy is the worse, deserty stuff, just not worth it. I have constant constipation, now, too. Smooth Move tea unblocks me. I try to limit to 2-3 times a week.

      It sounds like what I had for a while and one doctor listened to my symptoms and said, "oh you have post nasal drip." I think it might be allergy related? Flonase was prescribed and it helped after about a week of using the drug.

    My husband is severely allergic to Gluten but he had those tests and tested normal but he i messed up for months when he has gluten. I used to feel bad but I am allergic to nickel I almost cant have anything and my response is a seizure. Gluten is one of the things I cant have of thousands. Mine is really severe and yes I tested it costs me hundreds of dollars because insurance doesnt pay for it. My test came up really high. Its no fun!

      According to Dr. Osborne you need to get genetic testing for gluten.

    Just a heads up make sure you arent living in a moldy home. mold toxicity will mess you up and give you all sorts of food sensitivities and allergies. Youll go crazy trying to figure it out.

    I understand that with food sensitivities you don't have "symptoms" like you do with food intolerance or allergies. So I think it's really hard to tell. I know I have food sensitivities but I don't feel anything that lets me know that this particular food is causing me any symptoms! I don't know how to even explain it

    Dr.Jin:
    I am in GI treatment right now using GI-Gut fortify powder formula from Pure Encap. I am on my 2nd month of this treatment. In the same time I am Gluten free no cheating, so far I have done 32 days and have 28 days to go to complete 2 months (60 days)
    So are you saying I can test myself for Gluten sensitivity after I am done all my 60 days?
    by introducing either Gluten or any food then wait for days to see if I have any symptoms. or maybe test for night shade or any food?

      @@ShowMeWhatINeedToKnow Same. That's the one sensitivity that I've never seen anyone cure. Even with a gut healing protocol. So unfortunate cause I'm gluten intolerant as well.

      @@ShowMeWhatINeedToKnowI've heard of people being able to eat gluten in Italy and feel perfectly fine which makes me wonder....is it the gluten or is it the way wheat is grown and sprayed in the U.S? Most of it is genetically modified and sprayed with pesticides but even if it's organic I think we use a different strain of wheat that is more difficult to digest. I think Italy uses a lot of heirloom/ancient grains. That's just my assumption

      @@PeaceNation34 - Not sure. I've had bloodwork done - I know for me: I'm NOT allergic to wheat but I am allergic to gluten. My immune system is so jacked up I also cross react with yeast. In other words: My body thinks yeast is gluten. And unfortunately, yeast is in a lot of stuff that you would never think about

    Does it have to be an MD to request the food sensitivity test from Cyrex labs or can it be a wellness practitioner? How do I go about getting one? Thanks

    • @DrJinSung
      @DrJinSung  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can call Cyrex and they can point you the right direction. You’ll likely need to be a patient of the practitioner.

    • @jeff911rn99
      @jeff911rn99 ปีที่แล้ว

      MDs won't order an IgG test because they are a scam. No science.

    • @monkeymind3917
      @monkeymind3917 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I checked and under their Q&A section on their website they state you have to have a requisition form from a practitioner and cannot directly order as a patient.

    I suspect my daughter has food intolerance. But she has been using steroid cream(betnovate) for quite a few weeks when they did a blood test on her. Which then came back negative. Is it possible the cream has given a false negative result either for allergy or intolerance?

    But doesn't the body have an immune response i.e IgG antibodies from everything we eat due to essentially food not being sterile?

    • @ashleycampbell8767

      It should be a very low response. This is an excessive response.
