If u ignore the happy ending and the action scenes of this movie this movie is super super close to reality in India believe me, such gooons are real in india😅✌🏻 the scene that made this movie a great hit was the scene of the first encounter between Singham and Jaykant, the way entire village gathered is something that happens in india especially rural India
19:00 justice will never served like this..... He will apply on higher courts and do these things again on bail.
And jail is haven for rich. Many dons controls the underworld from being in jail. This is the only solution in India. That's why encounters become so popular in my state UP. And I embrace it

Issue is that indian police is equally corrupt. So encounters are all staged to kill innocents and to kill political rivals. Police acting as judge, jury and executioner will only lead to corruption winning faster.
And we all know whats happening in UP, certain goons aligned to opposition were killed but opposite goons have got 10 times more powerful and controlling of everything.
Every next movie is good except the new one Singham again 😂 but go for it

Still it was wayyyyy better than bhool bhulaiyya 3...although the plot was predictable because Rohit revealed all the cameos and story in the trailer already.
I think the end of the movie was perfectly apt considering the evil corruption going in the world. We know there are such strong systems in place to support these gangsters and one person can never fight against them singlehandly.
I think the movie is a perfect balance of reality and fatacism. The fight scenes might be over exaggerated but the political/social scenarios shown in the Rohit Shetty Cop films are definitely true.

I think end was apt atleast in movies someone getting justice not like irl where criminals are just given lifetime prison for horrific crimes 😶
Josh's point is very valid. They could h've make it 'accidental' instead of a completely fake encounter. But, the film does acknowledge the 'correct way' to serve justice in the form of the Court Judge who plays a long game and chooses Singham's po. station amongst all for Jaikant's routine signatures. Which made me look the ending as more like underlining that the corruption present in the system is needless nd the officers CAN sustain their lives without supporting it. It's all exaggerated, fictional and symbolic b'coz in reality, the cops will work in unity only when the system is not corrupt. Which is not the case, here.
20:00 Will Mombay became the safest city in India because the police started "encountering" law aka offing gangsters on the spot in the 90s. It was the last result to gather over control. The same logic applies to this film.
Azay Devgn has something that Sharkuh, Salman, Amir, Akshay don't, even without a six-pack and a good face.
Akshay is better actor than both Ajay and SRK.Akshay is all rounder.
And the others have something he doesn't.

@mikiim5739 almost every actor in Bollywood give same expressions in every movies including SRK and Salman.People just glazing their own favourites.Akshay is suitable in all roles.SRK expressions are pretty much overact in emotional scenes.Salman Khan in some movies is just boxing champion.He don't act he just want a fight in shooting

I don't know if anyone every suggested the movie 'Gangajal' to you but you would enjoy Gangajal a lot if you liked Singham series. Hindi Singham comes no where close to Gangajal. It's a plain goon-Police plot which is wonderfully executed. A relatively old movie, but a wonderful one!

Here's an advice, never listen to us... We all have our own preferences not only for films, but for everything... I loved the cop universe because the genra is pure entertainment.... And Singham Again is connected to Ramayana....
No offense to people who don't like any film, even if its 3 idiots, but the problem is when we force our preferences to others.
Remember maidaan? It flopped, but I saw it in an empty theatre and cried so much, I loved it... But we as audience rejected it... So never believe anyone, not even me....
