I'm native English and have a Master's Degree in English. It always came quite easily and naturally to me, even the grammar. Remember that even native English speakers can have trouble understanding other native English speakers that talk too fast or have accents. I had friends from southern West Virginia that I couldn't understand, and I am from northern West Virginia! It happens all the time. Good luck to everyone learning English! Love to all.
My advice is to avoid using shortcuts or reductions until you are completely fluent. This is especially true when you write. For example, "I wanna to improve" is wrong. The word *wanna* informally replaces *want to* so you should remove the *to* as well. But if you had just written it correctly, *I want to improve,* then you would have had no problem. All writing is practice, so you should practice your best all the time.

Initially I used to have same problem but now have got a good command either on listening and speaking by working in Dubai . I meet with people from different community and country that helps me to understand their accent.

Yes, do not be afraid to make mistakes. But always practice your best! With time, it will come naturally to you. Us native speakers will instantly recognize a non-native speaker. As long as we can understand what you are trying to say, you don't have to feel embarrassed. If you have a question about English, many of us will take the time to help you... you need only ask. English is complicated and hard to learn.. we know this. We learned it, too.
