Hi, usually I don't write any comment but I could not stop this time after looking at your recipes. I am in USA rightnow. I love authentic food and I learnt all dishes from my grandmother(she is in Punjab). Your way of cooking is same as my grandma which makes me believe you don't compromise with taste and authenticity of Punjabi food. By looking at your videos I feel like I am in my home and watching my own people cooking. Your way of speaking Punjabi, way of cooking dishes on chulha instead of fancy stoves, I love, love and love it.
