RZA came in to my work the other day and I was instantly filled with stoke and positive energy. It truly felt surreal being in the presence of one of your childhood heroes. He is a transcendent being who altered the mentality of millions through music and insight. Very similar to Bruce Lee but in different mediums. Peace to the god...we're truly blessed to have been impacted by this man's peak accomplishments.

The slang was so heavy in their lyrics, some of that shit I'm still decoding to this day. A lot of shit went over my head back then as a teenager in Memphis TN. That kind of makes it timeless for me, just like a movie you can rewatch and catch something you missed every time.
spainman2020 for me it's mostly the science related stuff going over my head. Sometimes I just start bopping and jamming to the track and can't pay attention to lyrics too sometimes.

Interesting. Question then, was anybody a bit taken aback by various mbrs rolling up on-camera? It didn't bother me necessarily, and maybe it was just natural (RZA just said 📽 = 👮), but I thought maybe that would've been excluded 7-10 yrs ago. Maybe.
The only ones who don't respect the OG's are the ones that haven't even been exposed to very much. So it's purely out of ignorance and lack of knowledge.
GOD DAMN. I been listening to the WU since I purchased the rare first promo single I didn't know was rare back in 1992 , Tearz & Protect Ya Neck 12' single from Music Factory in the Boogie Down Bronx @ Fordham Road and Grand Concourse....man I'm old...... :(
Yeah millstone nj 08510 I live two minutes from rza I was also best friends with his younger brother andre we went to Allentown h.s. I was the only Puerto rican in a all white school so that's way we became Such good friends and also was around some of the members one or twice and this was the time wu tang forever had dropped, such an amazing experience I will never forget and yeah drugs are everywhere Especially painkillers oxycoton
Wow! The way he xeplained the similarities of the hood and the suburbs and the common conecction of drug use as an escape from depression and the way the higher class can maybe better understand what their children are going through from hiphop was so powerful and imo was a barrier breaker fir racism
Secondly hardly anyone had that kind of energy of the Wu, the energy was crazy back than, Rza actually looked irritated with Odb, probably good since he was a crackhead lol, but seriously shimmy ya live is almost like crack lol
If ghostface raised 2 siblings, then I wouldn't label him as having a weak heart. Being weak is a term similar to lacking strength to performing demanding and physical activity. If ghost was able to raise siblings then he would be more of a strong heart. Theres alot of people whom experience people crack and crumble eventually leading to a negative spectrum. He was depressed but being depressed is more of a state of mind which are considered as feelings. Ghostface is a hero, a role model and a savior with a strong heart. So Rza might want to reconsider or let's just say rephrase his words.
We grew up not talking. Every camera is like a cop to us. Amin Brother Rakeem. I'm still the same way. One of my brothers asked me about that yesterday. Why do you only upload audio recordings and never video? I gave the same answer that the RZA gave. I don't like cameras. Cameras are a narcotic. Look at social media. Everyone is shooting dope, on camera, ever day and every alphabet soup agency in America knows it. Keep the code. More often than not, it won't fail you. Peace

Very powerful. RZA is so profoundly thoughtful. Although I don’t make rap music, he’s had a massive influence on me, even just his interviews.

Inspectah Deck is the most underrated member of the Clan.
Inspectah is my fave, best opener in Rap history
his verse on cream in the single version with that interlude in the middle is top 5 for me.
No, he's not. We all know him and his potential.

Wu tang Clan should be a subject studied in a college or university somewhere. These is the modern day Shakespeares bro
They are timeless because they were so much more advanced and ahead of their time.
I love RZA!! Love his accent
It’s called the “Brooklyn” accent, and it is beautiful to the ear. Also, he is intelligent and handsome. 🥰
I really love RZAs outlook on life. He really looks at things in a unique light

RZA is a talented bastard. His aura helped make WU what it was. His ego has made WU what it is.
His verse on Wu Gambino's is still a chopper up close in your face
Rza should start a school.
