HARD OFF is a popular Japan reuse store aka 2nd hand store. Basically they buy back items from customers and sell them at discounted price.
Overall, HARD OFF Taoyuan Zhongli Store is spacious with many items from different categories making it a good place for thrift shopping / treasure hunting.
