Third Story: Grandma's Jewelry... Be sure to take out each piece and record the story your grandmother told you concering its history. Tag the pieces with an identifier to link it to the stories. That way the history can follow each piece when you pass it on to future generations.
1) Wow, that was crooked. It's good this was reported to the Dept. of Labor. and they got an attorney to get their stolen funds back plus restitution. I'm glad OP got a better job and the former boss is in prison. 2) What a PITA to ignore facts and try and treat public property as if it was her own. Wow, assault children, I hope she enjoys losing everything. 3) It's too bad OP lost their grandma, and was the one to inherit the jewelry collection. Good for OP for not giving in to the cousin's demand. Never do something "to keep the peace" and good for OP's mother for telling OP not to share because grandma specified she wanted these to go to OP. It's good grandpa threatened legal action if "borrowed" pieces were not returned. I hope OP will make a recording of the story behind each piece so that can not be lost over time. 4) It's really creepy to have an intrusive landlord (or spouse), and how odd to have a lease but be told they do not have a right to live there. The landlord really should have done something to protect OP from his mentally ill wife. I think OP should have called the police, but it's good OP researched their rights and then did contact the police, got cameras installed and filed for an RO. I'm glad OP has had things be quiet since then.
About the grandma's jewelry story---I hope that the stories about each piece of jewelry have been written down. That way the stories won't be lost.

The jewelry story.
I would definitely have replicas made and put the real ones in a safety deposit box.

Hello Krown and listeners.
A little snow outside this morning. Isn't melting off real fast at 12:30 today either.😊
Hope all have a blessed day.
