When cracking an egg it's better to hit the egg on a table/ hard surface instead of the side of the egg to avoid any pieces of shell going into the Bowl. You will always have a clean break.
@@forget3817. I think it depends on what we use to, my way, your way, their way, if I have to separate the eggs I would prefer cracked them away from the yolks bowl 😂

I made this twice, using the ingredients listed on the first one. On the second one I was running low on yogurt so I used 270 g Ricotta and 130 yogurt. I also only had one lemon but I had used the outside surface on the first one so I just squeezed some juice in the yogurt and mixed it up. I then let it drain a little. It came out great.
I made this. While it came out soft, it has the consistency between pancake and omelette and so it is not good once it gets cold. This needs waaayyy more starch (or better yet flour) to be a cake!

Hello LL. It is very easy to find this on Internet because you can convert between measurements, this is in case you don't do it arithmetically, which is no difficult any way. Easy way: On Google you write: 400 gm to ounces, and immediately it shows you how many ounces 400 gm are. You do the same with each ingredient and that's all, you've got your recipe. Simple. Now you can make all recipes you want from Internet, finding or converting each ingredient to your own measuring system. Hope I made myself understood and hope this is useful to you.
Lydia Malone. We don’t have ‘measuring cups’. No recipes are ever given with ‘cup’ weight. We use kitchen scales which have both ounces (for me) and grams (for the young people who have never been taught pounds and ounces = lbs and ozs.)

For American recipes (such as from the website allrecipes dotcom), I use my American measuring cups and spoons. American measuring cups and spoons can be found on Amazon.

@@HeartBreakHigh this is gonna be long but here's an update: i did this but it turns out more sour than i liked and my mistake i put it in the middle to top part of the oven, it overcooked the top layer (the bottom is nice and creamy like intended) I realized the lemon she used is very smaller sized than mine (the standard yellow lemon) Idk where to get the lemon she used?? i had to maybe use only 1 or half the standard lemon. I also used a non sugar yogurt and sugar alternative that i probably needs to add more to make it sweeter so i eat this one with more sugar sprinkled on top lol Im gonna make it again next time with these changes im determined!! 😂😂

Maybe leave it in the oven after turning it off. Change in temperature at once deflates it merengue

Generations have hit the egg on the side of a bowl with no problems. I've tried the table and it causes too many fractures in the egg shell.

It happened same to me although l left it in the oven for a while , at end of cooking time. Something not right in this receipt

L'ho fatto, è molto buono e fa una perfetta colazione per i bambini. Una precizione importante : se il bicarbonata di sodium necesita fare rapido, perché con lu la lievitazione inizia subito, non è lo stesso col lievito instantanea (levure chimique o poudre à lever in francese) utilitzada qui. Dunque, no problema : la preparazione puo aspettare (se suona il telèfono, andate a rispondere :-) )
