Hi, can you better explain the relevancy and admissibility of hearsay evidence. What if a lawyer of opposite party gives statement u/s 161 of Cr.P.C. before police as a hearsay. Example- I heard from Mr. X who told me that he seen accused abusing, fighting with petitioner.
