PS4 was such a great system for it's specific era in the spotlight, hell it still is, especially with SONY and most developers/publishers not willing to let it go during this generation and all the backwards compatibility on PS5 as well. Sadly it's going to be the turning point where most console game buying went digital (the inflection/transition point anyway) - but makes it fun for us game collectors and physical media people to find hidden gems like these and many others if you can find the copies out there...beginning of PS5 era up until now would've been prime time to find the best deals but I agree things are going to spike upwards as the PS5 era goes into it's back half and ultimately the PS6 is released (look at PS3 games now etc.) Sayonara Wild Hearts is super cool, I picked it up on Switch myself. I started playing Dodgeball Academia on PS4 originally and also later picked it up on Steam so portable play on Steam Deck, great little game! Cool video as usual man!
Thanks, brother. I'm really glad you enjoyed the video. I hope the PS4 continues to be supported for many years. I know developers will continue to do it for as long as they can.
Honestly I haven't bothered to get a PS5 cuz nothing really stands out on it. Got a PS4, then had a daughter, didn't touch games for about 6 years...now I've got tons of cool PS4 games to start!
So funny because I've seen Earths Dawn at my local store really cheap for a while and I've had it in my hand to buy a couple times but I was always on the fence. I'm grabbing it today lol
Sayonara Wild Hearts was some of the best few days I've spent with a game in a long time when I played it. The platinum for it was really fun too, it forces you to play the levels in very interesting ways and really helps you get the most out of the game. I would love a spiritual sequel to it, i.e another interactive music album like the game essentially is. Also, watched the whole video, liked and subscribed (after watching a couple other of your videos before). Great video!

'Song of the Deep' was the first game I played for the 8th generation of consoles (I think I played the Xbox version) and it was one of the best gaming experiences I'd had in years. It's a beautiful game with a very touching story and very clever puzzles and gameplay. The voice narration is amazing, and the characters are really charming. If you enjoy Metroidvania style games, I absolutely recommend 'Song of the Deep'. I even bought the Funko Pop figure of the main character which came with her submarine.
Great video. It's so amazing to me that considers himself fairly knowledgeable of games for PS4/PS5 to be completely blown away with your lists of games I'd never heard of! I don't know how you do it, but keep it up! Talk to you tomorrow night!
Also added Sayonara Wild Hearts and Song of the Deep. Fantastic picks here. Thanks for the heads up on these. I will look forward to playing them. Eventually!!!

Somehow I did not realize who the narrator was until the credits rolled. Always happy to see Queen Latifah pop up in some random new context! Deception IV is disturbingly compelling. Playing that game made me aware that maybe, a bit below the surface, I actually do have a sadistic side. I also recall the original Tecmo’s Deception game on the first PlayStation. Bought a PS4 Pro new when the PS5 came out and have been catching up on the library. So many great titles on this system. Deception IV was one of the first games I bought having played the PS1 original.
It's probably my favorite system of all time. It really is loaded with tons of great games. I'm glad you enjoyed Deception IV. I should look for some of the other games in the series.
I used to have to push that game when I worked at EB Games (GameStop). It made me never want to play it with how aggressively I had to try to upsell it. Maybe it's been long enough lol.
@@rochie4865 I hear you. I bought my copy on eBay after all the hype was gone. RNGGamer told me to go finish it, so I will; by the end of the year. Happy gaming!
I've been wondering for a while... how do you/game reviewers go about reviewing games? I mean, do you play through the whole thing, a few hours until you get the the jist of it, play it on easy to go through it faster? I mean, old school games took you an afternoon, but these days, with games that can take even hundreds of hours, how does it work?
I just play them until I don't want to anymore. I'm not a game review channel completely, so I'm not in a huge rush to pump them out. I beat about 70% of the games I play. Some others, I may put in 20 hours and then stop. But, every game gets at least an hour. Most of the games from this specific video I beat years ago. So, I didn't have to replay them or anything. I have taken notes on every game I've played for the last 8 years or so. So that helps refresh my memory
I love Kunio-kun games. I still have hockey and 2nd football game on yellow cartridges for popular back then "Terminator 2" consoles (the NES knock-off).I spent around 500-600 hours playing those games and never got bore of them thats how good they are. I got the collection on ps4 digitaly becase i don't think they realese it to the west phisical copy i never seen it and really want it baddly to add in my collection, great games.Nice list of games btw 👍
Thanks! It's really awesome that you put so much time into those Kunio-kun games. They are incredible. Grab that Asian release of the collection. You'll really enjoy it
I recently found the game Dead Nation Apocalypse for ps4. I have the original Dead Nation on ps3 and finished it but when i heard about apocalypse i couldn't find it on the ps store anywhere. I eventually was able to find the game on the ps app and download it to my ps5. It's a decent game and pretty fun to play. I am still wondering why it was so hard to find on the ps store. I'm sure lots of people missed Dead Nation Apocalypse. Thanks for the video
I used to own Earth's dawn, never played, and holy crap I don't think I'll ever find another copy in the wild ever again. I found it at a Retro Game store like 3 years ago. I got rid of it cause I never bothered to play it, but now I do
12:39 downloaded it either on the playstation or the Xbox haven't played it yet either. My wife played a little while I ran to the store one day and she said she enjoyed it
Some great selections here. I feel like the potential for finding "hidden gems" on the PS4 is almost endless. I do have a number of these in my collection - Song of the Deep, Sexy Brutale, Mitsurugi, and Onechanbara. And speaking of Onechanbara, I actually just picked up a copy of the one on the Xbox 360 as well, as I've been trying to fill out that collection this year. I don't own the Deception game, but I do own Deception IV: Blood Ties on the PS3. I assume that's a different game? Sometimes with the way they name and rename games, it's not easy to tell if something is actually a different game without looking into it a bit. I've never played any of the Deception games, but I need to change that sometime soon.
I'm glad you were able to grab some of these in the past! I played the Onechanbara game for 360. It's good as well. I'm sure it'll be expensive in no time the 360 is blowing up right now. I'm not sure about deception iv on the PS3... it's possible the ps4 version is just an expanded port
@@RNGGamerYT Onechanbara on the 360 was already getting up there, but I have no doubt it will go higher. I'm glad I picked up a lot of the 360 games I wanted years ago, most of the RPGs and more niche titles.
I stumbled upon a game on the PS4, picked it up and what was weird it's no longer available on the store. It IS available on the X-Box store, so I don't know what happened there. The game is called "Her Majestys Spiffing" and it's an old school point and click (think Broken Sword) Star Trek parody set in a post Brexit Britain. The queen is annoyed at Brexit and decides to conquer space. It's a total pisstake on Britain written by an Irish developer, and it's great fun IF you enjoy slightly dark and surreal British humour. Imagine Star Trek written by Terry Jones.
Less than a minute and a half into the video and I've had to stop to add the first game Earths Dawn to my wishlist on CEX. Game looks great and right up my street. Let's watch the rest of the video and see how many end up on my list!!! 😎
I got the steelbook collectors edition of Song of the Deep from my local game store and never knew it was published by Gamestop. I have 1 game titled Erica that I picked up and it's charting at around 40 dollars now. It's the only non steelbook game or special edition game I have in the collection that's over 40 bucks.
I don't remember Erica! I'll have to go check that one out. Gamestop published a handful of games... but other than song of the deep, they are all strange choices.
So after watching this I looked to see if Song of the Deep was released in PAL territories and it was but its now super expensive, so I wonder if I can import a US copy somehow.
@@RNGGamerYT so I discovered it was already in my Steam library. I can't keep track of which games I pick up from bundles! Anyway although I prefer physical if possible, that'll do for me, especially as I am rubbish at Metroidvanias!
I have most of these, and really enjoyed most of them. The Sexy Brutale and Song of the Deep were especially fun, though I did have a good time with nearly all of them. Did you get the pre-order bonus novel with Song of the Deep? If not, it can still be had for cheap last I checked. I won't go on a tirade listing a million others that were also super under the radar, but I will make one cheap suggestion for anyone who hasn't tried it: World to the West It's a sequel to Teslagrad, but is structured like A Link to the Past. There are 4 characters you can switch between on the fly, each with unique abilities for movement amd combat. Figuring out how to get wach character into different areas is clever amd puzzling, and last time I checked, it was dirt cheap still.
It's awesome you have all of these! You have great taste I have Teslagrad, but haven't played it yet. I don't think I knew World to the West was a pseudosequel. I had it on my wishlist to pick up, but dropped it after the reviews came out. I'll be on the lookout for it
I remember playing river city ransom and I couldn’t beat it once I was unable to beat it the first stage because I was terrible at it I was playing it on Nintendo switch when I was 16 or 17
Song of the deep was a great game. Got all the trophies on that. That Wattam sounds like my kinda game. I have the Sexy Brutale but not given it a play yet, but intend on it, I just keep forgetting I own it haha. Sayonara wildhearts is fantastic and love hearing people talking about it and suggesting it. More people need to play it, and the music is just on point. I also have that Mitsurugi game but never given it a go. Got it in a limited run blind box years ago. I didnt know the deception trophies were bugged. Not a fan of that kinda thing, but ive already started it so i guess there is no going back haha. Gonna have to say onechanbara isnt the best game, I've played a few but they get way too samey. I swear school girl zombie hunter was by the same people. Again that was very samey. Great picks, a couple there I havent played but will add to the to buy list.
End of its cycle. I only had it for 3 years. I dont even feel like its broken in yet lol. But seriously this is just Sony's way of milking us , imo they could upgrade thru an update not an entire new system. Our phones can be updated but not our systems? Thats silly to me
The only game I didn’t know was the LR game Wapom? Watom? Yeah. Otherwise, I’m aware of the rest. Decided not to buy the others due to bad reviews, like Earths Dawn.
It was a fun intro to do! I'm going to try to put in more zaney crap like that. I actually hold back some of my weirder proclivities when I do these videos

@broken1394 thanks! I'll accept any compliments about my editing... because I have no idea what I'm doing 🤣 I'm so glad you picked up Deadly Premonition. It's incredible!
I just looked it up! Seems like it's stuck on only the PS3 and Xbox 360. I know all about having too many games. I'm about to order 10 more from Playasia right now 😆
Thanks for sharing, enjoyed watching! Saw some titles i definitely want to try out, to thanks again. With that said, comparing Mitsurugi Kumai to Devil may cry?!Hahaha aiaiai...that game is really bad and comes nowhere close. It was a free game somewhere in 2021 orso on Psn, so i played it. Yeah some fun can be had...but definitely not a game worth of recommendation😂. Then again...we all like what we like . 👏
@@RNGGamerYT Haha you too, thanks for replying. With all respect and in a lighthearted tone of voice: same genre? Even that is being generous and a huge undeserved compliment to Mitsurugi😄Yeah you can do combo's...that's as far as the comparison goes. But awell. I still subscribed! If we all enjoyed the same games it would be boring as well right..
Can I just say when I think of good PlayStation games I think of Resident Evil games I think of Skyrim. I think of 7 days to die. I think of all the Fallout games I think of days gone. I mean my list goes on the games you named off I wouldn't even play if you paid me
You do realize that I was making a video about obscure games that you probably didn't know about, right? The video wasn't titled, "PS4 essentials that everyone already knows about"
@@RNGGamerYT Oh ok my bad I totally get what your saying lol. In that case.. Yes it was a good video for that. Srry I was just trying to look up the best new PS4 games to play just to see if anything new had come out that I don't already know about and most of the games you mentioned didn't they you know they just weren't up my alley but in all fairness it was a well-made video so sorry about that mishap
I couldn’t beat ratchet and clank on the ps4 once I never did even on the toughest difficulty still can’t beat it I was really annoyed last time I played it is when it was last year
Not sure why PS5 is done after 3 years. I'm still playing PS4 games. They just came out with the PS5 slim. Who's going to buy a PS6 now when majority of people didn't buy a PS5. I have a 4K tv but also kept my Hd tv's because they still function. As for video games the PS4 games are a lot now compare to PS5 games still & the PS5 games aren't that much better. They don't make a huge difference for me to me to buy a PS5.
@@RNGGamerYT Like they waited 7 years to release a PS5 after a PS4...Now you should wait 10 years at least or more to release newer consoles. Or just keep the current console you have & make games for it...Nobody is going to buy a 8K tv to replace their 4K tv's...The 4K discs aren't even selling as well as blu rays, & majority of people still use HD. Back in the day when Sega released their consoles like every 3-4 years & many, you can clearly tell getting a Genesis was a lot better to having a master system. Also with them doing that, company failed cuz nobody was buying the later consoles etc.
There were several events in my life. But they usually revolved around the decision to hang out with friends, or picking up a hobby outside of my comfort zone that forced me to interact with people... like doing TH-cam 😄 I hope you're doing OK. Always remember there are people out there who care about you... some of them you haven't even met yet
@RNGGamerYT Not exactly. According to Sony senior vice president Naomi Matsuoka "PS5 will enter the latter stage of its life cycle". Which does make sense, as the approximate lifespan of a console is around 7 to 8 years on average.
God this generation of consoles has been pretty garbage. A lot of games that are coming out are cross gen, and the few that are next gen only really don't feel THAT different from last gen games. I feel like I've got a PS4 Pro more than a PS5 😢
Bro I appreciate your contribution to video games but why is a 50* years old looking uncle still fixated on video games like shouldn't u be raising kids
I have kids, a wife, a house, and a hobby... which is video games. I'm also a hell of a lot younger than 50. Don't insult someone who's trying to share something they are passionate about.
@@RNGGamerYT The console itself is fine, but yes it’s all about the games. I’m still mostly playing PlayStation 4 games. Playstation four is a 10-year-old console I should not still be buying and playing it as much as the new console
I missed out on this one and didn't pick it up. If someone ever wants to donate a copy to the channel and get a gold star, I'll give it a go. There's also a chance that I find it out in the wild for cheap... but that looks like a long shot 😅

Great to hear someone mention Song of the Deep! Love that game but still need to go back and finish it!
It's a really underrated game! Go finish it!
@rochie4865 it's time! It's such a fantastic game
that intro😂 i fw this guy
Haha, thanks!
@RNGGamerYT oh, shit! You do reply! Gotta respect that and totally deserves a subscribe from me!
@ckat609 I answer every single comment!
Thanks for the subscription
I played a little of the first game. I never even knew it had a sequel. Thanks for letting me know
You gained one little subscriber with the intro
I'm glad you enjoyed the intro! And thank you for subscribing!
I used to own Earth's dawn, never played, and holy crap I don't think I'll ever find another copy in the wild ever again. I found it at a Retro Game store like 3 years ago. I got rid of it cause I never bothered to play it, but now I do
It's a hard game to find and totally worth your time! Be on the lookout for another copy
12:39 downloaded it either on the playstation or the Xbox haven't played it yet either. My wife played a little while I ran to the store one day and she said she enjoyed it
I'm glad your wife enjoyed it. You should try it out, too!
@johnnyp2002qq me, too! Me, too....
Reading this comment was a voyage... let me tell you. I'm going to check this out for sure
Thanks algorithm! This channel is awesome! Insta-subbed
Aww thanks! I really appreciate that
Less than a minute and a half into the video and I've had to stop to add the first game Earths Dawn to my wishlist on CEX. Game looks great and right up my street. Let's watch the rest of the video and see how many end up on my list!!! 😎
Let me know how many you end up adding! I bet it's a lot! 🤣
@@RNGGamerYT It ended up being 3 altogether. The ones that look most like my cup of tea. Earths Dawn, Song Of The Deep and Sayonara Wild Herts.
I liked Erica, it's a live action, choose your path game and creepy.
@andygoss3117 looks like it was a Limited Run Games release. I'll be on the lookout for it. Thanks for letting me know 😄
@@andygoss3117 I found Erica quite enjoyable despite it being a short game
@andyc7666 I love short games! I wish more of them were shorter 😆
Odallus: The Dark Call. If NES Castlevania mixed with Demon's Crest sounds good to you. It was good for me, real good. 😎
I slept on this one until it was too late. I had so many chances to grab it 😅
So after watching this I looked to see if Song of the Deep was released in PAL territories and it was but its now super expensive, so I wonder if I can import a US copy somehow.
I bet you can grab one off ebay for really cheaply and have it sent to you!
@@RNGGamerYT so I discovered it was already in my Steam library. I can't keep track of which games I pick up from bundles! Anyway although I prefer physical if possible, that'll do for me, especially as I am rubbish at Metroidvanias!
@rmgb-tv haha! My Steam library is exactly the same! It's on the shorter side for a Metroidvania. You shouldn't have many issues 😄
Dude, I’ve not just heard of them all I’ve got them all (the ones available in my country now!)
Awesome! You have great taste in games 🤣
Song of the Deep was awesome
It's really an incredible game!
I have most of these, and really enjoyed most of them. The Sexy Brutale and Song of the Deep were especially fun, though I did have a good time with nearly all of them. Did you get the pre-order bonus novel with Song of the Deep? If not, it can still be had for cheap last I checked.
I won't go on a tirade listing a million others that were also super under the radar, but I will make one cheap suggestion for anyone who hasn't tried it:
World to the West
It's a sequel to Teslagrad, but is structured like A Link to the Past. There are 4 characters you can switch between on the fly, each with unique abilities for movement amd combat. Figuring out how to get wach character into different areas is clever amd puzzling, and last time I checked, it was dirt cheap still.
It's awesome you have all of these! You have great taste
I have Teslagrad, but haven't played it yet. I don't think I knew World to the West was a pseudosequel. I had it on my wishlist to pick up, but dropped it after the reviews came out. I'll be on the lookout for it
SNES used to be my favorite console. Late last year I re-examined and PS4 has taken that top console. Great console library and controller.
I think it's my favorite, too!
@@RNGGamerYT Song of the Deep! What a great game. Loved it. Under rated Metroidvania.
@tomderry7295 it really was underrated! I'm sad there won't be a sequel
Knocking the blood off of the blade of a katana is called "chiburi" in Iaido.
Fun fact!
@@RNGGamerYT I'm just glad you said the name correctly!! Most Y-Tubers say something like One-Chan-Bear-A.
@chrisnaugle6786 really!?! That's actually really funny. I guess my two years of Japanese in high school paid off 🤣
Any day when there is a new RNG video is a good day🎉
Thanks, brother!
I remember playing river city ransom and I couldn’t beat it once I was unable to beat it the first stage because I was terrible at it I was playing it on Nintendo switch when I was 16 or 17
You have to grind for money to buy upgrades so you can then destroy everyone in one hit! 😅
Great list your vids are so great. Love the list
Thanks, brother! I really appreciate that
@@RNGGamerYT can you do another stream like you did before it was like on Friday I believe?
There might be a chance for it sometime. It just depends on the kids and the wife 😁
@@RNGGamerYT yeah I just really enjoy the streams
@malo1291 I wish I could stream every day!
have you played the free dlc that came out on the 4th of april for ' double dragon gaiden ' rise of the dragon, the survival mode its really good
I haven't! I didn't pick up Double Dragon Gaiden for some reason. I'm waiting on a complete edition that will probably come out later 😅
I picked up rule of rose on the wild, now i really want kuon
Congrats on finding rule of Rose! Kuon is an entirely different beast 🤣
@@RNGGamerYT i live in europe ive seen it back in 2009 or 2010 never again
Thanks for commenting on all of the games! You have fantastic taste.
Onechanbara does get a little samey. But that's OK with me sometimes.
@@RNGGamerYT I can't really complain about samey. I buy every Tetris release I come across
End of its cycle. I only had it for 3 years. I dont even feel like its broken in yet lol. But seriously this is just Sony's way of milking us , imo they could upgrade thru an update not an entire new system. Our phones can be updated but not our systems? Thats silly to me
It feels silly to me. But, I think it's because covid and the chip shortage messed everything up.
I've barely even used my PS5
Lost me on Queen Latifa
Really!?! She does a great job narrating this
The only game I didn’t know was the LR game Wapom? Watom? Yeah. Otherwise, I’m aware of the rest. Decided not to buy the others due to bad reviews, like Earths Dawn.
Wattam! All the other games are worth playing
WTF was that opening,????? My morning coffee came out my nose.... thanks, it was hot...
Glad I could be of service! 🤣
A game about friendship??
F#ck that!!
That was some sort of Max Headroom beginning to the vid.
🔥
It was a fun intro to do! I'm going to try to put in more zaney crap like that. I actually hold back some of my weirder proclivities when I do these videos
@RNGGamerYT cool, your editing, and presentation are fabulous- love hearing what you have to say about games as well, I picked up Deadly Premonition after you spoke about it. A janky good good time it is as well. Thanks J.
🔥
💪🔥
@broken1394 thanks! I'll accept any compliments about my editing... because I have no idea what I'm doing 🤣
I'm so glad you picked up Deadly Premonition. It's incredible!
So many of these games will be rereleased later on PS5 and future consoles. Last good generation to collect physical games for was 360/PS3
I'm not so sure about that. Maybe a few will be rereleased, but I bet most arent.
My "Must have for the PS4" is Azura's Wrath. It give you the biggest Bosses of all Time. Big, Bigger Azura's Wrath❤❤❤
I played it on the PS3! What a crazy game... I always think of the scenes in the hot springs 😅
@@RNGGamerYT So now iam courios... Was it only on PS3? I have to much games.😂😂😂 I must Check this....
I just looked it up! Seems like it's stuck on only the PS3 and Xbox 360.
I know all about having too many games. I'm about to order 10 more from Playasia right now 😆
Thought that Sayonara is in plus, but it isn’t
That's a bummer! It shouldn't be too expensive when you find it
PS3 is still living in my house. So ps5 for me is still a new console lol. Maybe in 10 years I'll catch up.
The PS3 still feels new to me 🤣
Thanks for sharing, enjoyed watching!
👏
It is like DMC! It just isn't as good. They are definitely the same genre.
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for taking the time to comment
@MisterMaster4life it's a 3rd Person Action Hack n' Slash 🤣 So is DMC.
I'm glad I could earn your subscription
Earths dawn I’ve had for years and just never opened it think I will now
Give it a shot! It's worth your time
It’s installing now and just ordered wild gears for
£7 on eBay hadn’t even heard of it
I’d just like to say I’ve stuck 3 hours into earths dawn already and a huge thank you is needed because I genuinely would not have bothered with it :)
@ianwood6438 that makes me so happy to hear!
Can I just say when I think of good PlayStation games I think of Resident Evil games I think of Skyrim. I think of 7 days to die. I think of all the Fallout games I think of days gone. I think of you know Call of Duty Black Black Ops 6. I think of hellblade. I think of Final Fantasy 7 remake Resident Evil 4 remake Village.
No worries! Thanks for replying back
I’ve seen Earth Wars. Got recommended to me on Amazon about 2 years ago but I didn’t like art style, looked too marionette to me
It IS very marionette! So, if you don't like that style, avoid this game 😅
I couldn’t beat ratchet and clank on the ps4 once I never did even on the toughest difficulty still can’t beat it I was really annoyed last time I played it is when it was last year
I've only beaten one of them myself. It was one of the games on the PS3
I always watch the whole video..
Always!?!
I watched that far!
Thanks for watching that far into the video! I really appreciate it
DodgeBall RULeS
I concur!
PlayStation 5 is out?
They're talking about it entering the end of its life cycle... which I'm not very happy about 😅
@@RNGGamerYT PS 4 PS4 etc.
The PS4 is still in full swing!
I'm really confused by it as well. I'm still picking up as many PS4 games as I do PS5 games. I think they'll continue to support the PS5 for a while.
@tonyp9313 I agree. 10 years feels like a better life cycle to me as well
But for now I’m 18 years old my sister is 20 my brother is 16 my mom 48 and my dad is 42 same thing with my speech teacher
Sounds like a good family!
May I ask what the event was that pulled you out of your mental health problems?
I just take it one day at a time atm.
There were several events in my life. But they usually revolved around the decision to hang out with friends, or picking up a hobby outside of my comfort zone that forced me to interact with people... like doing TH-cam 😄
I hope you're doing OK. Always remember there are people out there who care about you... some of them you haven't even met yet
@@RNGGamerYT Thank you that's very kind, I have great friends around me and I'm sure I will be able to manage this annoying condition.
Much love x
@RustyBanner I'm so thankful you have a good support group around you! That's most of the battle 😁
@@RNGGamerYT Well aren't you just lovely. Love your videos man, just get back to the rng videos please!
All the videos are RNG videos! Is there a specific one you'd like me to do?
Nah man ps5 has at least 3-5 more years in it. Sony put too much money into it to drop it now.
I agree! I'm just going by what Sony said themselves!! 😐
Well when I was 16
Ahhh yes... being 16... 26 years ago 😅
Let’s get a PS5! Nothing to entice me.
Exclusives are JUST starting to come out for it!
Tell me about the horror games before they go up to $1000 😂
I always try to! They catch me off guard sometimes, too
PS5 entering the end of life cycle, after 3.5 years on the market? Are you sure about that?
That's what Sony said....
@RNGGamerYT Not exactly. According to Sony senior vice president Naomi Matsuoka "PS5 will enter the latter stage of its life cycle". Which does make sense, as the approximate lifespan of a console is around 7 to 8 years on average.
@MRG4B isn't that what I said? I said they have been talking about the PS5 entering the end of its life cycle.
@RNGGamerYT Let’s say you're a middle-aged man, are you at the end of your life cycle? 🤣🤣🤣
@MRG4B nope.... but you're entering it! 🤣
God this generation of consoles has been pretty garbage. A lot of games that are coming out are cross gen, and the few that are next gen only really don't feel THAT different from last gen games. I feel like I've got a PS4 Pro more than a PS5 😢
Covid and the chip shortage put everything so far behind. I like the PS5, but it's not a huge step up from the PS4
PS5 is the worst console generation we have ever got. The fact their are still more PS4 games on the shelf at GameStop is telling.
It's been rough... I blame covid and the chip shortage mostly.
The PS5 is a good console. It just needs more games
@@RNGGamerYT The console itself is fine, but yes it’s all about the games. I’m still mostly playing PlayStation 4 games. Playstation four is a 10-year-old console I should not still be buying and playing it as much as the new console
@flouserschird I'm doing exactly the same...
PS5 is near the end of it's life? Lol 90% of the PS5 titles have come out for the PS4!! This gen of Sony is depressing 😂
It really has been!
Must do a video on kombinera, I dare you to take it on, made by Atari and is fucking impossible. Please please have a go.
I missed out on this one and didn't pick it up. If someone ever wants to donate a copy to the channel and get a gold star, I'll give it a go. There's also a chance that I find it out in the wild for cheap... but that looks like a long shot 😅
