Good upload. I finally found the instructions online. I bought one and I love it. I thought I would have to sacrifice the wonderful taste of a charbie burn, but this one does a steak nice and the BBQ flavor is there. I sometimes forget when I cook, so I love to flip the meat and leave it, and it shuts off.
