Great video, BUT, that bolt on the bottom of 2016 FLHTK is 12mm, not 6! I probably should have double checked first. Writing this while I'm waiting for correct tools to get here. Had everything except 12mm allen.
Did you have to separate your lower fork tube from the slider to replace the alignment cup in the fork lower and also replace the fork seals, washers etc...or does it use the stock cup like the progressive cartridges?
Nice video the only thing is you're supposed to pump the cartridge to expel the air bubbles not the slider which is why you had the problem that you did. And the newer bikes I have a 12 mm Allen in the bottom of the fork leg.
You said you did 2 turns on your axeo cartridges, What were the specs for your weight one turn and now that you've had it installed for a while what do you think about the stiffer ride or did you change it
Those apes look like 12" Paul Yaffe . I bought 12 " Paul Yaffe bars and after two sets the grips wouldn't go on . I didn't want to deal with them any more sending the bars back so I had to grind the grip ends down to fit the grips, about (.015 over size ) If over to do I'd buy the viking apes from www.magnumshielding.com The wires will slide thru easy and they stand by the product . They sell the best wires and cables for the change over to 12" I have a Road King and used 4" over stock cables.

Loved the firefighter special edition emblems on my Road King. Some of the best they ever produced IMO.
I would like to add that when pumping the oil in. You don’t pump the slide you compress the cartridge. And it does only take a few pumps.
