one of my biggest regrets was selling my soarer =( manual single turbskie only 350hp but was perfect cruiser/daily , use to do a 1000km road trip 4 tyimes a year and havent had a car as comfortable for long trips or fun haha (even with megan racing coilovers and 19's) Sick rig with the amount of power its got!

@keatonjones6115 soarers arnt really effected by the USA import law since they have soarers so they still reasonably priced here in Aust get back into one mate

5 years ago they was 500bucks bring your own trailer. 20k is how much they where selling for at jap import specialised dealerships in the early 2000's

Weird how you don’t see many 1jz making over 600hp granted if you want pure power a 2jz does make more sense because of the .5 liter more displacement so more usable torque and less lag but then there’s the rb25 which is weaker and find a bunch people making 800hp on those things

My cressida with 2jzge blow doors of that car. He cant shift. Also have a sc400 and a sc300. Im in usa so cops dont trip as bad. If he built the ge that was in his car same mods make 1k hp with less lag in spool...sure he has a r154 trans with 6 puck clutch..mine shits fine and not make noises like that....his is due for rebuild
You are correct, I cannot shift this car, because it had a custom shifter extension on the r150 (not r154) which wasn’t 100% dialed so it was difficult to get into gears quickly, and also you are incorrect, it cost me less to build a 1jz and put it in than it would have to convert everything on the 2jzge for turbo, this motor was capable of a lot of power, but nothing else was, so it never got pushed, 1000hp is just stupid to try and drive 😎

Bro need to duel turbo supercharge then engine. Supercharger adds more psi in low range then the turbo takes over at high rpms. That engine bay got the room to fit it
