It's not greed or selfishness on why they changed the parade. It's all on guest expectation. The guest wanted the change and Disney gave it to them. So stop complaining.
Well it's no wonder this parade wasn't well received. It looks awful. And only 2 songs throughout the whole thing? Plus it came AFTER Pixar Play Parade?! Man, talk about rushed. Come on Disney, you know how to do parades. If this had even a little more effort in it as to maybe have the songs fit the movies or just one more actual float to replace those tower things, I bet it would still be running and people wouldn't be complaining that Hollywood Studios doesn't have a parade. The only redeeming quality of this is Carl dancing. He looked like he just did not care, and he was just going to be the most lit thing in the parade, and he succeeded. Bravo, Carl.

Most of the floats on Pixar Pals Countdown to Fun are from Block Party Blash (2005-2007) in Disney California Adventure and (2008-2011??) in Disney Hollywood Studios some are just repainted but huge floats are the same. The Pixar Play Parade features water jets also which you might get wet while watching the parade.

Also you are able to notice how simple the choreography is and how almost all the dancers with each float have the same choreography. The only difference is that they hold different props or ride on a scooter.

c'mon people. At Disney's California Adventure this parade was 5 min. longer. They had Lightening McQueen and Mater. We had cones.
Sadly I never got to see this live because every time I went to Hollywood studios it rained and got canceled😥
