how do you record your gameplay and how do you make the thumbnails?

I record a replay in the game, then I record the game through the OBS. thumbnails are not easy to make, sometimes it takes up to 3 hours. This is a complex issue. I studied color theory, worked with the composition of the frame, and I have 7 years of experience in creating thumbnails
