Radish preservation process:
Dried radish: Choose fresh radish - wash - peel - drain - cut into strips or thin slices - soak in salt for 120 minutes - rinse with water - dry.
Pickled radish: after washing and peeling - chopping - marinate with white salt for 30 minutes - rinse with clean water - drain - mix spices (sugar, chili powder, onion, garlic...) in a sealed container - Can be eaten immediately after 30 minutes.

The big dog is Kiki. Sometimes he sleeps with the cats in his "arms". And the others dogs I believe are all called Susu.

So many animals, birds, fish, cats , dogs, everybody is welcome to your farm except snakes. This is exactly the way I would build a farm. The music you choose to edit into your videos is so pure. All analog tones so pleasing to the ears. I would play all these lovely tones and this music for you on my guitar, for as many hours that you would enjoy all the more your excellent farming experience.
