IT is an instant version. we tried. but at the time of serving,it becomes dry and when eat its bite, has a rough texture .so kids and old persons feel uncomfortable.in eating. so can we add white urad dal's powder or we soak this dal for 4-5hrs .then make its paste.if we add one of thease so that the dosa come out soft and testy like traditional method .
