    Good Morning Kazy, I always enjoy your videos as a fellow Property Developer learning new things BUT 😮 the background music is really really annoying as I'm trying to take in all the information. Sorry for the rant. Keep it up though.............PK

    I was really looking forward to seeing the update of this project, unfortunately, the background music was so overbearing, and compromised my ability to listen to Kazy and the developer. Any chance you can repost, with the music turned down a notch?

    Sooo many people are having builder challenges. Many don't think about word of mouth and repeat custom. killing their business and ruining relationships for short-term gains. Anyway forget them, this build is gonna be great. I'm inspired!

    In terms of the background music, this normally isn't the case, but on this occasion, the music didn't compliment the tone of the conversation - it seemed like a lot of random tracks were thrown in, that served to distract, rather than help the viewer, get a feeling of the developers journey.

Something caught my eye the other day, that I think would offer value to your viewers. Building on your interview with Angela & Afalobi - highlighting some of the challenging sides of property developing. A subject rarely spoken about in the property space, and in need of a thorough examination by someone with the requisite knowledge is LIABLE. Particularly relating to the post sale of a property. So many unknowns around this area, if you haven't covered it yet, I think it would be very insightful for your viewers.
