How practical is a tankless water heater? I hear of more and more people taking them out that have had them. Could you possibly address the pros and cons, what's good and what's to avoid etc.?
I had one of these that was 1 1/2 years old when I bought this house, and my plumbing and cooling “professional” decided it took too long to get parts, so he told me to get a regular water heater. They took the tankless away and as I think about it, I’m furious! They probably used it for parts, and I got NOTHING! I wish I could sue them, because they’ve raped me blind on money and charged me double what they originally quoted me. I only went with them because my contractor called them, and I got sucked in by him as well. Such is the life of a single, 67 year-old woman who is highly educated, but home project unsaavy when it comes to money!

I execute a 3 gallon bucket under the sink until my water is warm for my shower then use that bucket water for flush. Gym life.
